Ive never had this happen before, I had put a think tank toilet in my cart and was talking to a friend about the toilet because we each have off grid cabins and have been talking about replacing our sea head composting toilets we bought 6 years ago. A very nice woman called me, I’m not sure how she got my number but anyway she called and wanted to know if there was a reason why I didn’t purchase the Think Tank toilet. I told her I had some questions about replacement parts and was doing some research. She asked what questions I had, she told me she would get answers to my questions and call me bask Monday. She called me Monday afternoon and was able to get all my questions answered. I asked her if I were to purchase two was there a discount she gave me 5% off, free shipping and no sales tax. I save over $275 dollars. They arrived Friday and I can’t wait to get them installed. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They say what they mean and do what they say. Plus it come with 6 yr warranty.

I paid for a brand new with upgraded tires and you sent me one of your many discounted damaged bikes instead with no upgrades, also aniioko doesn't answer back or having a working customer service line they have a chat box and answer only if your buying as soon as you hit pay they stop responding and will send you anything they have regardless of the condition, this company needs to go belly up!!

Price and speedy delivery

I would purchase from you guys again. The price was great. It came in one piece only had one issue. I have a blemish on my speedometer screen and I don’t know if it could be fixed or replace or how I should proceed on it to contact you guys or contact happy run

I want to say how great of an experience I encountered with Offgridselection. I was very surprised of the quickness of my delivery and how they really do provide great quality products.

The package arrived damaged. There were holes where parts were protruding thru the box. It looked like it had been thru a war. I was very, very, disappointed. I waited half a day only to see a damaged bike.
If it comes back that way again,I will ask for a refund of my money. Sorry for the bad review.
