Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Gas cylinder in chair broke 7 years after I bought it from them. Dropped them an email and they got the manufacturer to come out and fix it under the warranty free of charge within a couple of days. Now good as new. Would definitely recommend them!

Overall really good experience, reduced by 1 star because I needed to follow up on delivery times which would have ideally been provided automatically. I would purchase from them again and recommend to others.

Sent me the wrong version of the product I had ordered, & didn't respond to my email asking for clarification or guidance on how to make it right.
In the end I didn't return as I was able to make it work, but wouldn't say customer service was exceptional.
Following the above review, I'm happy to say the old monitor arm has been collected & the correct one dropped off. Thank you for rectifying James & Dean! 🙏

Good communication
A bit of a hiccup in communication to start with, but it was resolved quickly and everything went to plan afterwards. Delivery was slightly later than stated but goods were well packaged and delivered as promised.

Not inexpensive but the only chair that helped my backpain after prolonged sitting was the HermanMiller Aeron chair.
