OfficeEvolution. What can I say other than they are a breath of fresh air. I've handled massive printer estates over the years and as you probably experience the providers make life as complicated as they can.
OfficeEvolution took my complexity - simplified it all under one umbrella and for the last 2 years not one issue, not one problem.
Top level support, top level relationship and did I mention the savings... £1000's
Not just printers either - its the whole office consumables in the package.

Ordered direct from engineer who came to fix a problem with printer. Have noted that the invoice is for 12 packs of paper and have only received 8 so far.

I spoke with Charlotte to discuss a problem with our printer. Charlotte was brilliant at taking all the information and looking into the problem for me. She got an engineer to call me straight away to discuss options and look into the problem. Rory was great, he went into the options and managed to remotely adjust some settings. The guys then arranged for someone to come in to check the printer physically in case any parts need replacing. Charlotte then contacted me today to check how things are since the adjustments. Really impressed with the customer service so far :)

Recently made an order through Karen and she has been absolutely great! The communication has been second to none and we even had some items delivered the next day, which was a pleasant surprise.

After using Office Evolution for the first time late last year for some branded promotional products, i was very impressed with Karen and her attention to detail. She couldn't do enough to help, kept us updated at every stage and even delivered the products to us herself due to us being local.

The prices of the products were the cheapest i'd found too which made the whole experience from start to finish faultless. Won't be going anywhere else for promotional products from now on! Thank you Karen! :)
