I can't say enough good things about Jamie and Offnova. I purchased an offnova printer a few months back that began having some issues. I immediately reached out to offnova for support and Jamie got back to me very quickly and helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. After realizing the problem couldn't be fixed Jamie went above and beyond and honored the warranty and expedited me a new printer. Offnova has great quality products and wonderful customer service and Jamie is excellent. I will be a customer for life. Absolutely love my bluetooth thermal printer.

We lost keys to our time clock machine and Jamie was very helpful in getting us new keys and instructions on how to use the time clock machine.

Customer service is great. They responded to emails asap. They sent me a replacement since there was a problem with my old printer. I had a great interaction with them!

Our company purshased the Offnova laminator. Loved this product, heated up quickly. Unfortunately it broke down. (Used a lot/every day at our business) Contacted the company, Jamie helped us out, tried to trouble shoot with us, but it could not be repaired. They quickly processed a full refund for us!

I received the OFFNOVA Time Clock in a timely manner. I had to contact customer service due to a few glitches with the setup instructions. After several emails back and forth with Jamie, I followed Jamie's instructions to fix my problems with setup. I would order this clock again, and suggest if anyone has trouble with this clock to contact customer service. They are very willing to help with any issue.

I had a hard time figuring it out however I reached out to the customer service, and Jamie help me step-by-step and it was so easy. lol just the app -connect and print!! Im loving it-honestly!

Sublimated Great. My son dropped the cup and the lid broke. I contacted the company and they replaced the lid. Great Customer Service they kept in contact the entire time to make sure I received the replacement. They as well replaced the pink lids with blue ones since I originally thought I was ordering blue ones. Just charged me shipping. Easy company to work with and will continue to shop with them. Having a great product is one thing but having good customer service to back it up is what will keep me returning.

Great customer service and when I thought I had an issue they guided me through the user error and corrected it! Super friendly responses and fast.

The DTF ink is simply amazing! It brings my prints to life with vibrant colors and incredible detail. It works on all fabrics, lasts through countless washes, and is so easy to use.

I have the Offnova Thermal Label Printer N-6140 and it is fabulous. Got it set up and running with no trouble and it has been a daily workhorse for years.

Recently, I had some trouble adding it to my new computer (I had downloaded the wrong driver). I reached out to support, even though I had purchased it years ago, and they responded back quickly and got me right back on track.

So yeah, A+ product, A+ support.

I placed an order for a label printer without checking the shipping speed and was worried I wouldn't be able to print for a while, but Jamie replied to my concerns quickly and successfully expedited my order so I received it in only a couple of days! The printer was easy to set up and works great - I'm very happy with the product and service.

2 of my water bottles straw tops stopped working so I emailed the company asking if they could help. They were very friendly and explained that they didn’t sell replacement tops but would look into finding me some. A few days later they emailed me and said they found 2 and mailed them to me at no charge. They went above and beyond what was expected. Will do business with them again.

I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone! I emailed them at night and got an immediate response. Which NEVER happens. I had needed a replacement part for a heat tape dispenser because the piece on mine had broke. Instead she sent me a whole new item which I wasn’t expecting and it came in just 2 days! Wow! I use this for work and I informed her of that and she made sure I had it right away. Thank you Jamie! You guys are awesome! I will definitely be purchasing more items from you guys!

Ordered the DTF Powder Curing Oven (A4/A3/A3+) on May 2, 2023. Their processing time states 2-3 days… Received email on May 10th that my order wouldn’t ship until May 25th!!! It has still not been shipped. Emailed customer support because they have no phone number, but zero response! Will be filing claim my credit card company for scam at 30 business days if this not resolved. How does a company not have a phone number? Ridiculous!

Biggest pice of crap you can buy don’t buy it customer service none software does not come with product and company hides no way to call or contact them and nobody responds to emails junk junk offnova junk very p…. off about this I was scammed

Excellent & prompt customer service & follow up, had a minor issue that customer service was able to advise on & help fix within 1 day.
Label printer machine itself is great, I print around 100 labels a month for my small business and it has made my life so much easier. No more buying expensive printer ink or cutting and taping labels I’ve printed on printer paper.

I was unable to find the Offnova time cards to go with the Offnova time clock we bought in May 2022. Not on Amazon or the Offnova website, so I sent an email to Customer Service and within a week I received my time card request. Jamie was the person who helped me and was very helpful!
