Premium Hojicha Powder from Omi, Japan We're a small brand with a single focus: bringing exceptional hojicha powder from a master roaster in Omi Shiga to people who care what's in their cup. Hojicha is roasted green tea, smooth, and naturally low in caffeine. Where matcha gives you a jolt, hojicha gives you calm clarity. No jitters, no crash. Just the kind of warm, grounded energy that makes a slow morning feel intentional. Our powder is sourced from a single producer in Omi Shiga, Japan, roasted to bring out deep caramel and toasty notes you won't find in mass-market blends. Mix it in hot or cold water, pairs with milk for a latte, and works beautifully in cooking. We ship from Berlin, across Europe. If you've ever wanted a ritual drink that feels like a step down from coffee without stepping down in quality, this is it.もっと見る
