Nice shirt too small

Ordered a size up shirt arrived quickly, wonderful quality. Sized for a doll. Return and refund was well handled.

From the very beginning, we knew fit would be one of the hardest things to get right. Every body is different, and translating that into a single sizing system that works for everyone is a real challenge — but that doesn’t mean we won’t keep improving. The shirts do run small and that is something we are looking to amend for our next run.

This is our first ever run of shirts, and in the next run we are going to widen our sizing range to accommodate everyone and refine the accuracy to near to true size. As someone who’s already supported us, you’ll qualify for a major loyalty discount on the first run of the new shirts — it’s our way of saying thank you for the early support and compounding a community who has supported us at the start. I can promise we WILL have something for you then Martin.

Nicely made shirt but sizing is nowhere


Nicely made shirt but sizing is nowhere near, I’m in between a large and xl and I ordered a xxl and it’s stretching the buttons, I gave it to my nephew.

By far the absolute best flannel shirts


By far the absolute best flannel shirts on the market. Purchased two and i have worn them constantly since, they are absolutly perfect and I love them. Customer service is second to none and incredibly usefull, although i didn't get a response via whatsapp...
The product comes in the most high quality bag i have ever received and i was genuinely surprised. It was a perfect and amazing product to buy and I would like to buy just for the good feeling i got from receiving the shirts.

Note they recommend that you go one size up, although you should really go two sizes up, i am a small/medium and purchased Large and even they could potentially be slightly larger in places.

Our Classic Flannels are our very first run and sizing is definitely on the agenda for Mk2 Classic Flannels.

Great Shirt

A lovely shirt, I'm very pleased with my order.

As mentioned I would size up by at least 1 size for a snug fit or 2 sizes for a lose fit. I ware a large, the XL was slightly snug and the XXL was perfect.

An amazing local company, with great service and customer service.

Highly recommended!

Really impressed by the product quality and customer service.

I bought a classic flannel shirt as a gift, and a beanie for myself. I was really impressed by the quality of both products. It’s clear to see they were hand packaged with care, top quality and excellent customer service throughout. The shirt made a brilliant gift and I will definitely be buying again for other relatives.

Great product and customer service spot on 👍🏌

Great product, great fit and quality. Do size up as one or two sizes. I’m an L normally and went for XXL and it’s perfect. Customer services from the team was fantastic.
Very pleased overall and would defiantly recommend 👍🏌

We have found from our customers that our flannel shirts most commonly have to size one up from what one would typically take. It's a shame we have received two negative reviews related to this order but appreciate your feedback. Previously we'd been acheiving 5 stars throughout.

Sizing and returns policy are a problem

Oglum's sizing and returns policy are a major problem. Only a 10 day returns policy so the Xmas present I just received can't be sent back. I'm a XXL in everything but Oglum's XXL is at least 2 sizes too small. Their XXL fits my M sized son perfectly. I'm not impressed at all.

Sorry to hear about the fit, however we are happy to offer a full refund - our 10 day returns policy is correct but we are not sticking to that around Christmas time where there will be a delay in checking due to gifting!

We have not at any point denied your order a return so you are still welcome to do so.

We have received an email from a customer with your family name making us aware about a sizing issue but wishing for the shirts to be exchanged for a smaller size, can you confirm that order is associated to this review?

I ordered a shirt for my son

I ordered a shirt for my son, which I had to exchange for a larger size.
The exchange process went smoothly and they kept me informed through out the process.
The shirt is well made and the material is thick and good quality.
It’s a slim fitting shirt so you may need to size up,

I own one shirt so far and have since bought two as gifts for family.

These flannel shirts are amazing! Properly made and will last me years.
