I understand that international returns can be costly. However, that is part of running a business that chooses to sell to UK customers. It shouldnât be the customerâs responsibility to absorb those costs, especially when the item is not suitable and a standard exchange was requested.

Iâm not sure if this is a cultural difference, but please donât keep going back and forth blaming the customer, youâre only reinforcing what other reviews say about your customer service. I understand now that you donât offer free exchanges, and that is not acceptable to me. It makes buying from you a risk, and customers should be aware of that. Whether you are a small company or not, you charge premium prices, so I expected a more reasonable level of service. All the best with your business!

This will be my final response, as this situation has become unreasonable.
The issue was the inconsistency in sizing, otherwise, I would not have needed an exchange or refund. Instead, I have been penalised for your lack of size standardisation and am now £30 out of pocket for nothing.
Running a business comes with expenses, but as a customer, I should not be expected to absorb those costs.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
This company does not operate properly within the UK, which means they are unable to offer exchanges. I am a returning customer and ordered the same size as before, only to find that it fit smaller this time.
I requested an exchange, but this was not possible. I was then asked to return the item using an inappropriate method, declaring the shoes as £30 when their actual value was £155, and marking them as a âgiftâ.
As a result, I am now without the shoes and have also lost over £30 in delivery costs, which are non-refundable.
I would not have left this review had the company handled the situation fairly, but instead I was told the issue was entirely my fault, because of me they needed to âhandle everything manually on our side, which is quite complex operationallyâ. This experience has been very disappointing
