Its a shit product absolutely not worth the money not even close.

The quality is so low might as well ask ChatGPT the models are cheap and are low quality.

Worst company -
SCAM - ordered two dresses, inventory on one of them was NOT available, still isn't, yet they took my money. The other dress shipped EIGHT weeks after order. They would NOT refund but offered a discount on my next order - NOT happening. Other dress - has not shipped - in almost THREE months, but they will not refund. Yet, you can order the dress, THEY DO NOT HAVE, on their site. SCAM company - they don't even deserve 1 star - stay clear

I subscribed to Okara in March 2026 and cancelled the same month. The founder confirmed my cancellation by email and added two free months as a goodwill gesture.

After that period, I was charged $99 in June and $99 in July. I received no notification email for either charge — I only discovered them through my bank alerts. My invoice history shows the two charges on a plan I had already cancelled.

I contacted the company by email and on X starting July 17 to request a refund. I was told to cancel in settings myself, but my refund request was not addressed, and later messages received no reply. I did not use the service during this period.

Sharing my experience so other users can check their billing carefully.

I purchased Okara expecting it to support the Czech language, but it doesn’t. Because of this, I requested a refund and contacted support twice by email. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t received any response. The lack of customer support and communication has been very disappointing. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I cancelled after testing Okara briefly because the product did not work as expected for my use case, and the outputs were not usable. I also did not use any of my credits.

The worst part is the support. I contacted them by email and through X, and I received no answer.

When a company is quick to take payment but completely silent when a customer has an issue, that is a major red flag. I have also seen other people complain about similar support problems, which makes this even more worrying.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using Okara unless you are comfortable getting no help if something goes wrong.

You pay the $99 monthly subscription, so you think you paid for the month, instead they give you credits, when you run out of credit platform doesn’t work until you buy more, mine ran out after 14 days. Stay away it’s not that good either when you drill down, you have been warned .
