Flawless execution from the time I arrived in Maun until the time I returned to Maun. My special dietary restrictions accommodated very well with great variety of food. Game drives and tracking was top notch - saw everything I wanted to see...multiple times. Louise did an amazing job hearing out my requests and putting me in the best possible position to see all I wanted to see.

The wildlife, the beautiful landscape, all people so friendly and helpful

Used ODE to organise our 8 day safari in Botswana and add on hotels for 10 days touring in South Africa. Wonderful holiday experience and no hiccups.

Louise did a great job helping us plan our trip. She really listened to what mattered to us (less landrovers and more animals, diversity in scenery, etc.) and put us in two very distinct camps- both in private concessions. They were truly excellent and the logistics were flawless. When our bags got lost In Johannesburg they took care of it seamlessly. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful, very patient, very professional. We were proposed several packages, until we got one that corresponded to what we were looking for. The organised trip was perfect, the fact that we didn't have to worry about organising the flights to be transferred from one camp to an other is a real game changer. A fully comprehensive service, that allowed us to enjoy the Okavango Delta without spending days organising everything.

We had a lifetime experience in Kala Camp just recently, end of September. Location of the camp is so beautiful and unique offering not only Delta/Water safaris, but a land one too when water is getting low. Mokoro (canoe used by local in the Okavango Delta) was an absolutely mesmerizing watherpath gliding experience gone by Left and Dreamer (they are changing the names to be easy for foreigners, how considered of them) with detailed explanations and so much wild birds around; totally serene. We were treated like a royalty in the camp. Location of each tent is very secluded and so comfortable and luxurious. But the most impressive and memorable were people; so nice and accommodating. We had a dedicated guide (Paragraph, obviously not a true name), such an expert in Delta's flora and fauna....We were so close to the nature thanks to the camp location and people... One of most rewarding and memorable experience of our trip to Africa. Anxy, Mox, everyone was absolutely awesome to ensure we have the utmost experience during this short stay. Cannot not to mention superb food and chefs. Definitely recommend to stay in this paradise.

The cost of the trip was detailed and clear. All the arrangements were good and everything went as scheduled. The Vamoos app was a really useful tool.

Anna and Louise were really great at organising this trip..I tested their patience by chopping and changing so many times,and they worked around this without a murmur. When a fast jet flight from maun to vic falls was suddenly cancelled whilst I was in the middle of the bush,Anna immediately organised a safari air charter and road transfers within hours. Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

We stayed at four safari ‘camps’ in the Okavango Delta and enjoyed each one. Louise connected all the dots so we (two couples), were able to relax and not worry about the next stage, it had all been prearranged and ran like clockwork. The Botswana safari, a lifetime experience, was the focus of our trip but Okavango Delta Vacations took over from our arrival in Johannesburg until our departure from Cape town, hotels, transfers and personal guided tours some three weeks later.

Louise did an amazing job of matching us with a truly unforgettable, magical experience. The camp and game viewing, part of my father's "farewell tour," exceeded his expectations, and Louise handled every detail and question so that we could concentrate on enjoying the trip. (This included helping us time our arrival in Maun and navigate some of Botswana's ... less maintained roads.)

She was always there to answer our questions and suggest exciting options we hadn't considered. We got to experience a water camp, a traditional Safari and a wonderful night fly camping. We had an amazing time in the Okavango Delta and at Victoria Falls and couldn't recommend Anna and the company highly enough
