Dear Dia, i'm really sorry that you found it to be different and for the inconvenience this might have caused you, but the photos of the product you purchased are photos provided by the brand itself and they are all the same worldwide and there was never an issue of difference mentioned by anyone. As we discussed in private let's handle it the way i mentioned on our phone call.

Dear Paraskevi, your order was for the Ball Pool which as mentioned also on the product description requires approximately 15 days or so. Therefore there was no delay on it and it's most probably going to be delivered by the end of the week!
