My series 8 seamer is my favorite piece of equipment by far! Simple, powerful and reliable. I am a 1bbl brew house and I can the entire barrel into 16 ounce cans in 4 hours if I am solo or under 2 hou... もっと見る

These guys are great, they are easy to work with and pay attention to details. I have been using their manual can steamers for the sleek cans and have put over 10k cans through with zero issues. No ad... もっと見る

Great customer service

Great customer service, actually know the product they are selling (!), transactions have been efficient and easy. We are looking forward to being able to rely on Oktober Can Seamers as our new canning vendor.

Great Experience So Far

I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but I'm confident everything will be good. I received the seamer and cans in a week. The cans were well packaged and don't appear to have any damage

Tear down tool purchase

The tear down tool is a modified can opener so it makes sense the cost will be higher than a standard can opener. This modification is not mentioned in the manual though. I do recommend buying this tool from Oktober as it works well for tearing cans down.

Hello,

We manually machine off the bottom catch of every can opener to get it to work with aluminum cans, and you should see the markings underneath the cutting wheel of the opener.

The nippers are indeed standard cutting pliers, and are pictured and advertised as such.

We will be happy to take the items back if you would prefer to get elsewhere and modify the can opener yourself.

Let me know if you have any questions as we are always happy to help if you reach out.

Cheers,

Great Customer Service

Had a question about our MK19.2 can seamer and customer service answered immediately. They confirmed my suspicion that the problem was a missing wave spring (pretty sure our people lost it while cleaning). Part came 2 days later and we were back in business.

We have had our canner in use for over 6 years now with little maintenance, except replacing mandril and bearing once in a while. Keep it clean, keep it lubed, it will last. Ease of support for parts is outstanding.
