I always love the oldies and blues cds that are provided. The prices are excellent and the quick delivery services of all of my orders. The music selections are excellent.
Great variety of movies
Oldies was very prompt on the movies I ordered. They shipped them quickly, and the price was great too. I love the variety, I am very pleased with them!
Just WOW…
I waited over a month for an order to ship. I contacted customer service and was told that one item was backordered, which their system didn't indicate. I responded and asked if that item could be removed to ship faster and received no response. The order finally shipped and was delivered to the wrong address where someone else signed for it. I contacted them again and was told to deal with it through the post office and that they would not refund orders that were delivered and signed for. Luckily, I was able to track down the package, which was not easy. The cherry on top....one item clearly labelled as "vinyl" on their site and on my order, turned out to be a cd.

Im being charged for product that i was told on my receipt was no longer available.U dont charge a person for product until it is ready to ship. Economics common sense.
Slow deliveries & poor customer service policies.
Placed order on November 1. Order not shipped 5 weeks later. Customer service would not refund or offer a ship date. Filed CC claim. Order was shipped immediately. Closed claim after 3 weeks from receipt of order. Company tried to ask for funds again even though funds were never removed from their account. Plus a penalty was charged. Oldies.com not what they used to be.
Delayed Shipping
I placed an order 15 days ago and it has not been processed or shipped despite being charged. I have reached out multiple times to try to get assurance this is a good order or get an ETA on when it will be shipper but they have been unresponsive.
Update: Customer service reached back out to me to advise the product was oversold and could not be fulfilled. They are working to provide a solution. While not ideal, they are working to fix the issue
Beware- classic bait and switch
Beware! I placed a large order online, and the credit card charge immediately went through for the full amount. (Most items showed as in stock, with a few “special order items” which easily leads customer to expect delays). Three weeks later, I received one item from my order, by mail. No other items were sent or received. No updates from the company at all. I contacted the company and they claimed that my whole order was “delivered” (citing the “delivery” of the one single item that was sent), despite me telling them the package sent was only one item in my order- and the postage on the small mailer was consistent with only one item- verified with post office. This is a classic deceptive/fraudulent business practice-collect money for products not sent to a customer.
No refund on order that didn't ship
I placed an order that has not shipped yet, tried to cancel the order because it is days late, and was told they do not offer refunds! BUYER BEWARE! I've tried to support these little businesses, however they make it difficult.
terrible customer service
I wanted to sort out the problem with a missing parcel myself, after they refused to file a claim, but they didn´t care to support this action at all and didn´t even care, not even replied anymore after telling me they´re not interested in helping me out because they did nothing wrong. I mean, it became pretty rude in tone too and finally, after telling them they could do it online and it has to be done by the seller, they went silent completely. Lost money on my end and a very sad and frustrating experience.

And speaking of packing, it was packed and secured as good as any place I buy from, solid as a rock. I've bought quite a few hauls from Oldies.com over the past 2-3 years and the experience has always been top shelf, which is why I keep coming back for more!

No communication
It took a few weeks to ship one of the CDs. no email telling me why it took so long. I.E. not in stock, etc. Also shipping charges are much too high.

Ordered 8 CD packages 5 weeks ago!
I ordered 8 CDs on 6/2/25. I wrote in my ledger I should receive them by 6/20/25, but I did not. Their website continued to say the order was “in process”. On 6/27 I called a csr. He said they have all but one CD, which has to be imported. He said they should receive it in a few days, and that I would get an email when they were sent to me. This is 7/10, the site still says “ in process”, I’ve received no info from them, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and received a full instant credit.
Figured I'd try them out - my mistake
I heard about this place on Reddit and saw they had some movies I'd been hunting for at good prices and figured I'd give them a try, even though I'd never heard of them before. Today I received a package from them - I was charged for everything I ordered, but they only sent me half of the movies, despite the order showing complete on the website. Not really sure what to do, but I sure am disappointed.
I'm updating this - They apparently didn't have the items I ordered, but took my order anyway, back ordered the items without telling me. Then waited a month, refunded me and also didn't tell me that either. The only way I found out any of this was emailing support two months after not getting my items. Communication is apparently not something this company believes in. I'll never place an order with them again.
