Terrible. Order placed on the 11th June. Website clearly states 3 day dispatch time. My order has been split into 3 orders yet to recieve any of it. Plus the main suit hasn't even been dispatched yet i ordered 3 weeks ago.

If your planning on buying from here for a special occasion. Do not do it. Ive allowed significant time for what I have ordered for an event which will simply being sending back and requesting refund.

Also talking to them via email is like to talking to robots or chat GP with their responses.shocking service

Absolute shambles of a company DO NOT ORDER! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering as what arrived is not only terrible quality but also a ridiculous size? The whole thing is not as advertised and genuinely feels like a scam. Please do yourself a favour and go anywhere else

Hahaha… It’s shit! You don’t receive the clothes in the pictures. This is China at his best.
You get this shit 2 months later. It’s a fraud!

I bought two item from the store after seeing advertising on Facebook.

They messaged me saying one wasn't available and offered me store credit or an alternative item.

They refused a refund, saying it was company policy.

I referred them to the police and trading standards.

They hide the fact you have to return your item at your own expense to China (website proactively hides it)

So when the product was nothing like what I ordered they repeatedly said send to China or keep and will give 5% discount.

It will cost me more to send to China than what it’s worth so I’ve lost my money and theyve lost another customer

Worst clothes i have ever tried. Not quality bullshit clothes, i wouldnt recommend it by any chance.

1/3 items didn't arrive, 1/3 was incorrect, and 1/3 was TERRIBLE quality

Also impossible to arrange a return and customer service have clearly been trained to avoid allowing returns at all costs - kept offering me 5-15% partial refunds

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They do not send anything, and when you try to cancel the order they say its too late as the order has already been processed. Luckily I paid through pay pal and managed to get my money refunded! Absolute scammers!

The website looks great, unfortunately this is a front for cheap plastic clothing sent from China. Do not buy!

Been 3 weeks since I ordered and all im getting is AI generated responses. Order is being in sent 3 different parcels. The 1st parcel of 2 products got despatched 2 weeks ago and still nothing. The 3 item, I ordered a small and got emailed after a few days to say "no Smalls left, only Mediums" so I thought to ask them to cancel that part of the order and get a refund. I have to accept the store credit or accept the tee in a M then do a refund. 😂😂😂 absolute shambles. Just found out it's about 10-15£ for a parcel to be sent to China so having spent 125, I will be looking at getting 80-90£ back. Just going to open a dispute with my bank instead because this is fraud. Can't wait to get my first parcel and see how bad the quality is, my own fault for leaving shopping to the last minute before a holiday!

I ordered clothing from oldmoneylondon.com on June 2nd and received my order only on June 21st – after nearly three weeks of silence. The items I received were nothing like what was shown on the website.

The quality is absolutely terrible – cheap materials, bad stitching, and not wearable. What’s worse: the website looks like a UK-based brand, but they secretly ship the items from China without warning.

When I contacted them, they offered me a 5% refund or store credit and told me to return the items to China at my own cost! That’s outrageous and completely unethical.

This company operates under the name SP James Apparel and uses misleading branding. Their return policy is designed to make refunds nearly impossible.

I have ordered on apr 27th, and still waiting for my delivery on June. 45 days ago. If i get my stuff someday, I'll send it back... Their only answer is: 'we're getting your shipping prepared'. It's a interplanetary shipping probably...

Do not use this site, poor quality from China with no hope of getting a refund when the purchase arrives not to the standard of when you ordered.

This company is a scam. They know what they’re doing. they’re posting fake reviews here under fake names. otherwise why is there so many positive/5* reviews from the 10/01??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Big mistake buying from them. Old Money London more like Old Money China. DO NOT BUY!! & if you did buy using a UK bank & are having a difficult time getting a refund, PLEASE contact ur bank before you post out the parcel back. You have rights & can claim it back through your bank! i work for a bank so i know this!

They send you completely different goods comparing to products photos on their website. Poor material, doesn't look good at all.
They ship from China and If you want to return, they offer you 5% refund or you have to send goods back to china, which is economical bullshit.
AVOID THIS SHIT STORE!!!

Awful. Do not recommend. Polo shirt was really cheap looking. Pants were far too small. When photo searching the items both were available on amazon for a much cheaper price.

Stay away from this site. Don't get confused with the word London in the website name ... as it's a Chinese/Hong Kong site.
Ordered the goods, but it hasn't been received yet. On-site, it's saying we can't find your order. Customer service is sending me AI-generated emails, but they can't provide me with a tracking or delivery date.
