I have bought many ornaments for my coastal Christmas tree from Old World Christmas and am always pleased. Live in Coastal SC so this gater is a perfect addition for my tree.

I could not get to the product page for the 250th USA birthday ornament. I wanted to be notified when this ornament is back in stock?

Boy was I wrong! My daughter’s wedding was a Scottish ceremony, when I saw the Santa in a kilt it was in the cart. Love you to the moon and back for my new grandson, good friend moved to NC after her mother passed and moved to NC. The NC ornament has a cardinal on it, her mom’s favorite bird, another perfect find. I believe I ordered 8 or 9 ornaments. Will definitely keep checking back to see if something else is perfect for a loved one.

Customer Service
I will not order again due to customer service experience. My ornament was delivered broken and while I was eventually sent a replacement the process took over two months. I did not realize that customer service agent that initially responded was AI and I followed the steps it instructed. Turns out the AI just says the team is reviewing the claim without actually filing a claim. My issue was not addressed until I requested a live person, and they were so rude! This person informed me I was outside the replacement window and should have followed instructions received with the item. I believe the only reason I received a replacement was that I kept the correspondence with the AI showing I had contacted them within a day of receiving the broken ornament and I was persistent.
