Lovely staff in Greenwich Village store. Could not have been more helpful. So great in store experience but scents vary SO much in longevity! We bought Dylan, Jayden & Reed. Dylan marvellous! Powerful & lasted all day. Jayden weak & could barely smell it. Reed like water- literally no smell at all! 4 people tried it. Total waste of money & sadly was a Chrustmas gift. As we from UK we can't even return it. Such a shame

100% recommend! Did it for a bachelorette activity this weekend. I created a scent that reminds me of my mother since she passed last year.

Basically you pick a base profile (out of 12-15 options) which typically has 3 notes in it. It's a pretty good range. Then you sit down with one of their staff and talk about what kind of scents/notes you like and they concoct 3-4 options that you can trial on your skin and pick from. It's interactive but you don't need to be an expert. Whole thing takes about 40 minutes. You get to pick a color & name for your perfume bottle after.

I love this perfume but not this purchase. Big bottle, good price but the scent doesn't last more than 10 minutes. I don't know if it is old or watered down or what! Very unhappy and suggest you stay away from this one.

I love this company! They hosted a virtual event for my team and the experience was awesome. They sent everyone "tester" kits, we got to build our favorite fragrance, and then we could order the custom scent using a promo code!! I get so many compliments on mine and have almost run out I use it so much. Definitely want to go visit them in person too!!
