Almost impossible to cancel.
Really suspicous company.

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES , TE SUBEN LA CUOTA SIN AVISAR , CAMBIAS DE DOMICILIO Y TE DICEN QUE NO TE VAN A COBRAR NADA PORQUE TIENES EL MISMO ROUTER Y LUEGO TE COBRAN EL ENGANCHE , SERVICIO PÉSIMO , RECOMENDARÉ A TODO EL MUNDO LO MALA QUE ES LA EMPRESA , SON UNOS SINVERGÜENZAS.

48 horas y subiendo sin tener Internet, llamas a atención al cliente y no te escuchan ,hasta te cuelgan el teléfono, la peor compañía que he tenido,No la contrates es una estafa,desde Alhaurin de la torre

Esta empresa es poco fiable. Hicieron una promoción atractiva pero no parecen capaces de cumplir lo que prometen. Contraté fibra en Málaga y, tras dos meses, aún no habían realizado la instalación. Incluso me pidieron que consiguiera yo mismo el permiso de la comunidad; al negarme a hacer su papeleo, dejaron de gestionar el alta. Para colmo, cobraron dos cuotas de telefonía sin haber activado la línea móvil. Parece un caso de ‘Fake it till you make it’: prometen mucho, pero luego no cumplen.

Ha funcionado bien todo el verano, pero hoy a sabado 23 de agosto, tienen a toda La Manga de Mar Menor sin internet. Si tienes un negocio como yo que necesita internet te hace un roto.

extremely angry right now , same story - they carry on charging after you cancel service , coming up with hundreds of new stories , for more than three month can't get rid of them, just dont go there! dishonest crucks !!!

Fui a la oficina de Fuengirola el día 20 de julio.contraté con ellos fibra + móvil
A 8 de agosto todavía sin la instalación hecha y sin disfrutar de lo contratado.
Les doy 1 semana más de margen pero por ahora me parece muy penoso .

También intentan venderte olin TV
Con 100 canales diferentes.
Te pones a ver la lista de canales y 20 de ellos son canales en abierto de la TDT : tv1 , tv2 , antena 3 , cuatro , Telecinco, Boing , be mad ......

El restante son canales tan magínifico
Como las autonómicas de Galicia, Asturias, Cataluña .... O canales de equipo cutres de fútbol como Betis televisión y Sevilla fc televisión

Worst customer service ever. They cut you off even with a prepayment for 12 months.
They send you emails that they are not accounting department and claim that flash payment they receive in 5 days from Europe.
To get yourself identified you need to have numbers of your expired documents as well and remember if you used passport or ID when you signed the contract 10 years ago

I have been with this company for 5 years. I had contract with them for family pack with internet & 3 phone lines. I swapped to Vodafone and Olin kept charging me for internet bills. When I called them they said I had to cancel the contract with them to avoid paying the service. I said I didn’t know bc with other companies I didn’t have to. They also said I had to return them the router otherwise they will charge me 108€. It sounds like a joke. None of other company would even need the router to be returned if the contract has reached the minimum months which usually is 1 year. This is robbery. Not recommended to get involved with them

A disgusting company to deal with. They seem to think it is fine to bully you into something that is not correct in their contracts before they will terminate your contract

Very disappointed with this Company. We cancelled our contract last September as we were moving house and they did not cover our new area. We were told to take the equipment to our local office but when we got there it was unexpectedly closed with a sign on the door. As we were moving the next day we had to post the router at a cost to ourselves. Since then we have had numerous calls for the sum of €22 euros which they say we owe. We do not! We have asked for a Complaints Form but they say we have to go in to one of their offices. The nearest one is 4 hours drive away. They have now passed the alleged amount owing to a debt recovery firm and we are receiving emails and calls from them.

Cuando quieres dar de baja el servicio, aseguran que no puedes devolver el router para cobrarte 135 euros!!! (El router no vale más que 20 euros en internet). Hemos ido 5 veces a la única tienda ya abierto y no quieren aceptar el router. Usan una empresa de cobros para mandarte la factura... Vamos son estafadores

está empresa son unos estafadores , me di de baja y me mandaban a entregar el router a una tienda que estaba cerrada , con el paso de los días y tras ir una y otra vez acabo pasándose el plazo de devolución del router , acudí por mi mismo a otra tienda que si estaba abierta , entregué el router , fuera de plazo por un error de ellos y su incompetencia ,tengo todas mis facturas pagadas y el router devuelto ( fuera de plazo por el motivo que dije ) y me han metido en lista de morosos , me llaman de asesoría jurídica pidiéndome 120 euros por no entregar el router , tengo el papel donde pone que el router fue entregado y con todas las facturas al día y aún así me han metido en morosos , empresa pésima y estafadores .

It is the most dishonest company that I have experienced in Spain.
Please ensure you have everything in writing as they lie about everything if you intend to cancel your contract with them.
They are also expensive for what they offer.

No entiendo, si olin viene de olivenet, ¿por qué olivenet tiene reseñas tan pésimas y olin tan buenas? Y las fechas de comentarios son de hace poquito, no es que olivenet no exista. ¿Alguien podría explicarmelo?
Por otro lado mi opinión es, que la atención al cliente muy bien pero el internet regulera. Estaba pensando portar mi numero de teléfono a olin (olivenet) pero no llego a atreverme.

El servicio de internet es una porqueria. Olvidate de tener internet los fines de semana. Tras llamar varias veces no le dan solución.En el momento que haya otra opción me largo.

El internet es una pu ta mie rda, venden tus datos personales y cuando te intentas dar de baja te intentan cobrar meses posteriores por la cara, te acosan de mil formas distintas. Se inventan que hay meses que no has pagado, hacen lo que sea para rascarte un euro más. Por favor cualquier persona que esté dudando de contratarles porque no tiene otra opción de contratar internet que se ponga a intentar inventar su propio router que le va a salir mucho más rentable para su salud mental.
