The one star is only because there is no nil or minus score. This company can only improve by stopping scamming their customers. Selina Ergonomic Comfort Sandels -Product: inferior materials, inferior fit, unwearable a very cheap plastic copy of the illustration. They obviously don't care what their customers think and just keep scamming. It appears from other reviews that you have to return your purchase to China at your own expense and then you are unlikely to get a refund. I am a 90 year old pensioner and cannot afford to lose £25. Surely someone can stop Oliverandgrace scamming any more people? What happened to Trading Standards? Beryl Stanley. Since writing the above I reported the scam to the fraud department of Santander and within days Oliverand grace made a full refund to my account. I will be more careful in future and check with Trust Pilot first or just stick to Amazon. In the meantime perhaps oliver-and-grace should rename their firm "Oliver and Dis-grace".

How can this company still be trading?

Very impressive website suggesting a reputable company trading in high quality clothing!! What a con! I ordered 2 dresses which eventually arrived, from China poorly packaged. They can only be described as absolute rubbish, poorly thrown together at a cost of pence rather than the £29 which Grace and Oliver charge to unsuspecting customers. Four emails sent, over a period of 720hrs requesting guidance on how to return items and STILL no response despite the promise on their wbsite to reply within 24hrs. DO NOT purchase anything from this so called company!!!

This is the same as the website for Manchester. Grace and Oliver, I would suggest an upmarket website which the site then order from Temu. Absolutely shocking. fraudsters

If I could give negative stars, I would. They had a “going out of business” sale (scam/lie), shipped items from China (fine, whatever), but then went back and forth with me on email for two months saying the package was delivered (usps proved it wasn’t). They finally offered a refund, then ghosted me for a month instead of processing the refund, so I had to send the email thread to the credit card company to challenge the charge. In the end, ridiculous, waste of time and a rip off for American consumers.

Absolute scam. Poor quality clothing nothing like the pictures and came reeking of vinegar and other chemicals that does not come out. Tried returning item and was told I would need to pay for the shipping to return the item which is just as much as the dress costs. I was offered a partial refund for the defective clothing and have been 4+ weeks for it to actually be refunded. Customer service is NOT helpful.

The shirts were poor quality polyester. There was no response to return request. On digging I find that the only return address is in China! ( not mentioned at the time of sale). This is a classic Chinese fraud- slick website, alleged connection to uk ( inclusion of Oxford in name) but in reality only a very poor, over priced product which you cannot realistically return. Another Chinese con. Do not touch.

Bought what was described as a linen dress. Turned out to be 100% polyester. Needless to say, they don’t respond to emails. Total ripoff.

Clothing was not cheap, website is polished. Received the items and the quality was terrible. The items looked nothing like they did on the website. I wrote an email requesting a refund. My options were to either send the items back to China at my own expense or keep the items for a 10% discount. I paid $190 for my items, they aren’t worth $10. It’s a scam, do not order from them.

I ordered the "Minimalist Linen Two-Piece Set". What I received was an inferior product that did not remotely resemble what I ordered. I realized at that moment that this was a scam company. I contacted them requesting a full refund immediately, giving them a deadline to refund my money by.
After telling me in order to get a full refund I needed to return the product at my expense, offering me a 20% credit and increasing the 20% to 30%, they finally issued me a full refund. Each time they contacted me, I responded by saying "the only option they had was to issue me a full refund, that the clock was ticking and if I didn't have my refund by the deadline, I would move on to the next step. Reportng them to my credit card company do a charge back. Please be aware this company sells products on Walmart under the name Baituer

Scam - seems like they are out of New York with the couple standing inside their boutique. Everything comes from China and it’s cheaply made. DON’T SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS SITE! Returns to China.

Waited 3 weeks for delivery and what arrived was nothing like the Iconic M65 jacket from the Vietnam era.

It was a poorly made replica in cheap cotton fabric.

It did not resemble the desciption or the features of the advertised jacket.

So I sent a very polite email and 2 messages via socila media with no reply.

My advice is do not buy from this company as they are scammers.

Sent the jumper back well before Christmas with a note saying it was substandard return post cost £21.70 !!!! Got home to a parcel today and it was the bloody jumper I sent back Please please please don't use the scamming shit show.I only gave them 1 star as they didn't give me another option.Please don't be fooled by them or any other alias they use😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a beautiful dress from their website. The return policy seemed in earnest, and seemed like an overall safe purchase with a good chance of getting what I ordered. Then I checked out- saw that purchase was to be on a long trip from China. 1st red flag. Recv'd the item after a LONG wait and it was indeed a cheap rendition of a dress- nothing like what I ordered. They returned my email with how my complaint did not fit within their return policy, and that it would be best for me to accept a 15% refund outright... that it would be at my expense to ship back to and address they provided in China, and then a long wait, then it 'may get lost' and they would not be responsible.... I found the statement on the site that stated prepaid return slip and requested it. I am sure I will not get it, lucky if I get 15%... This is the nightmare, red-flag reason why buying online is so sketchy, and just not worth leaving Amazon? I feel for actual personal sites- that I will have full reservation ordering from bc of this. This is a DEAD-END company. Do not waste time or money ordering anything you may see on here- you will not get it. or your money back. ** it states '220,000 positive reviews' and 4-5 stars..... Websites can be designed by anyone.... this is proof.

I'd ordered two items of clothing which is absolutely rubbish. I've also requested quite a few times for a return label. And a full refund. Only received a story saying their disappointed I'm not happy with the quality, and suggesting an alternative. Which I'm not interested in.. legal help is my next step forward..Do not purchase anything from this company

My husband liked what was described as a zip up pullover, with a stags head embroidered on it, fleece lined, so I decided to get it for him for Christmas and a second for my son in law. They looked lovely, the material looked like a brushed type fabric. When they arrived I was so disappointed, they were a shiny cheap looking fabric, I contacted the company through there web page asking to return them, they didn’t reply, so I emailed them directly, I eventually received a reply, offering me a discount on other items if I kept the order, I told them I was not interested, but they continued sending me different offers, I asked for the return address eventually I was given it and to my dismay it’s in China, I had assumed with a name like Oliver and Grace Oxford, it was coming from England, anyway I was told I had to pay postage and possibly a customs fee and it had to be received within the 30 days, after all there delaying tactics we were now only a few days from Christmas, I wasn’t confident they would receive it in time, I contacted the company again asking them when exactly did the 30 days end and told them how long the post should take and would they honour the refund, I never received a reply. I new what was going to happen I would spend more money on postage and customs and they would turn around and say they didn’t receive it back in time. I won’t be making this mistake again, if the website doesn’t have a phone number or address I won’t be ordering anything.

I would give a minus if I was able ordered stag top . Arrived sent it back registered post arrived in china 1st dec customs. Ans still no refund . They have now ignored my emails.
Don't use company name gives false idea based in Oxford oh how wrong we are.

I ordered two items which when they arrived was far too big & the other was a horrendous cheaply made rubbish for the price but was also too big - when I tried to return them I was told they had to go back to China - now this ‘British looking website’ is a con cos it was going to cost me another £30 plus to return to China through no fault of my own. I followed their size guide but it was way out. I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot barge pole. Ended up getting £26.97 back for a £89.90 order & items I wouldn’t give house room too - lesson learned.
