olivernavy.com レビュー

First of all, I don't normally write reviews. Come to think of it, I don't ever write reviews. I come from a time before the internet when customer service used to mean something and was reasonably commonplace. These days you can't really use customer and service in the same sentence. I had ordered two bracelets, one each from two of Oliver Navy's competitors and returned them both because they just weren't what I wanted . Mark from Oliver and Navy just showed me that customer service does exist if you can find it. I had inquired at Oliver and Navy about a bracelet. I don't remember at what point, but I had left my phone number. I got a text out of the blue of the blue. Mark introduced himself and asked exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. That's where my relationship with Mark began. Mark literally gave me the most detailed, attentive customer service experience I may have ever had. As we corresponded back and forth, it was obvious to me that this guy was totally invested in my satisfaction. I ended up having a diamond tennis bracelet custom-made. And he communicated with me every step of the way. From the diamonds, to an extra heavy bracelet to handle the weight. The finished product took my breath away. And now I can proudly say that I have a friend in the jewelry business. I cannot say enough about Oliver and Navy, and Mark in particular. The whole experience was incredible. Down to absolutely The Last Detail. I won't hesitate to recommend Mark and Oliver Navy to absolutely anyone who's interested in jewelry! My whole experience was absolutely above and Beyond. This was not a small purchase, and Mark kept me in the loop every step of the way. He told me my diamonds were going to weigh 21.93 carats. He also told me the weight in 14 karat gold of a standard bracelet, and then told me what he would recommend for long-term performance. I'm so glad I took his advice. This bracelet is absolutely breathtaking. All at a price that made my jaw drop. He made recommendations all through the process. He never tried to upsell me, he was just making sure that it was going to be what I wanted. It doesn't matter how many places you shop, just make sure that you end up with Mark and Oliver and Navy.

Ordered a a couple of moon cut chains, quality is equal to my moon cut chain that I got from Traxnyc.

I ordered a 4mm and was going to exchange it for a 5mm and the customer support was prompt. Ended up keeping it.

I got my chain fast within 2 days. However, the one I got was defective. I contacted them about it. They sent a replacement within 2 days. Communication was exceptional. Will shop again here in the future.

Solid Fast Deal with More than Solid Pricing definitely be back for more business and so should you

Thank you for making such beautiful jewelry. It was a pleasure working with Oliver Navy. Top service and quality.

I received a phone call from Mark at Oliver & Navy just now. Mark had never received any of the online Oliver & Navy forms I used to try to return the product I ordered. He will be checking with the webmaster about that situation.

Mark was very kind and helpful. He provided me with a free return label and returned all my money. I am happy with the help I received today.

Please feel comfortable in doing business with Oliver & Navy. They are a conscientious company.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECTIFIED:

Unsatisfied Customer - I ordered a product from Oliver & Navy that does not look like the picture on their website. I submitted three separate forms over several days on their website stating I was unhappy and wished to return the product. I also tried to contact them by phone two times. I never did get connected. I am very unhappy with this company. I want to return my product, but am getting no response from the company. Please be aware of this if you order from this Oliver & Navy.

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase some items off of the website of this caliber.
But the fact they were USA based in Brooklyn helped to reassure me.
Once I made the purchase, the Oliver and Navy team reached out to me directly to assure me of the quality of their products and to ask me some additional questions.
They 100% did NOT disappoint. Once I received the items, in the time period they advised, I was beyond happy with the purchase
I am so impressed and happy, I have already referred others to them and have additional plans for more purchases later this year. They are a real "gem" of a business

Thank You Oliver & Navy team

Hands down they are the best. was nervous at first to get a diamond online without looking at it first but they did send pictures but sometimes that doesn't ease are mind, nothing better than in person which you can but I'm in California and they are in New York. Trust me I had a million questions and was going between 4 and 5 carat he was very honest with me.
I received it today and it's beautiful and flawless. I have bought a couple of diamond pieces from them already. Thank you so much for every step of your way I will be back to purchase more soon. 😊

Customer service is truly 10/10. I recently purchased a chain that unfortunately broke shortly after I received it, and I was honestly blown away by how quickly the owner responded. Within an hour of reaching out, they had already sent me a free return label and went above and beyond to make things right. They even asked if there was anything else in the store I liked and offered me a discount on a future purchase.

You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. It’s rare to find that level of communication and professionalism these days. The quality, service, and overall experience have definitely earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be a long-term customer. Highly recommend buying your jewelry or next neck piece from them.

Bought a lab grown diamond bracelet. Amazing experience. Great price. Amazing customer service. Would 100% buy again!

I am a repeat customer of Oliver Navy, and I keep coming back to them because they have both great prices and high quality merchandise. Additionally, they are very professional, they deliver when they indicate and if piece is custom made they stay in constant communication with you. The entire experience was terrific, 5 stars.

This company, and Mark especially, cares about you, your family, and puts tremendous pride in their work. Amazing job multiple times and my family has received so many compliments wearing Oliver Navy's jewelry. Beautiful. A++++++

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really good experience with Oliver and Navy. I ordered a tennis chain from them and it showed up way faster than I expected it shipped from Brooklyn and still got to me in Honolulu in about four days. Most companies take forever to get anything out here so that alone was impressive.

I reached out to their customer service because I needed an exchange, and they were on top of it immediately. Every email was answered quickly and they were actually helpful and easy to work with..You can tell they’re serious about taking care of their customers.

The chain itself looks great in person and has a clean, solid feel to it. My girlfriend saw it on me and now she wants one too, so I’ll be placing another order for her soon.
Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase and the service. They definitely earned a new repeat customer.

I have bought several items of jewellery including tennis bracelet, solitaire ring, drop necklace and earrings. All diamonds absolute top quality and excellent value for money. I recently bought a tennis bracelet and a pair of diamond earrings from this jewelry store and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of both pieces is incredible, they look and feel luxurious. The diamonds have great sparkle and the craftsmanship is flawless. The staff were also amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

I had a very good experience. I usually do not write reviews for companies that I have used but these guys really went above and beyond to get me what i was looking for. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. You get a lot of value for what you pay.
