I have purchased numerous items from Oliver Roberts Jewellery. They are very responsive and delivery is speedy. Each piece is beautiful and arrives tastefully presented in a box and a pouch. The items are exquisitely crafted and surprisingly weighty (in a good way!). They make a perfect gift.

Excellent communication and customer service. Nothing was too much to ensure we were satisfied with the product and we could have it ready on time. As a fellow jeweller, I contacted Oliver to make use of his silver scrap service. He provided clear and easy guidelines which I followed to send my different grades of scrap to him for re-processing. He also provided an up-front estimate and excellent communication throughout the process. Once the reclaimed metal was checked for purity, Ollie sent confirmation and paid the current scrap value to me promptly. Oliver's service provided the best value I was able to find, and I will happily make use of his company again.
