FAKE COMPANY FROM CHINA! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Charged me for a sweater that never arrived. Has kept saying it's investigating for a long time and then that it would refund amount. Never did.

I only rated a star in order to write a review. This company is a total scam... I ordered 3 sweaters which used bad quality yarn (I am knitter) and have tried to get a refund for 4 months. I had to send my package to China which was expensive. My tracking shows it was in Chinese customs on January 31 and now on March 16, I have no refund...

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...NO ONE SHOULD BUY FROM THEM. If I could leave a negative number, I would. Their products are cheap silkscreen designs on a low-quality hoodie, NOT an actual sweater as advertised. Their customer 'service' is severely lacking and it just feels like bots are spitting out absurd policies and are not actual thinking humans.

Buyer beware: This company is not U.S.-based. The product quality is very poor and does not match the advertising.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Just like another person posted, it's cheap print that looks NOTHING like the pics. I finally agreed to a terrible refund with spotty communication and now I've been waiting on this $30 refund for THREE MONTHS. HORRIBLE

I too, bought a "sweater" hoodie. So majorly disappointed! NOT made of yarn but cheap crappy "SWEATSHIRT" material with sweater PRINT!
I don't understand how just ANY company can put themselves on social media.
There should be people who check into companies before they can put themselves out there to unsuspecting customers. 😡😡😡

If I could give this negative stars, I would. This company is a total scam. They are not some small, charming boutique but a company that's based in China. When the gorgeous sweater I ordered online arrived, I was flabbergasted at the shoddy quality. The sleeves, which should have been long and past my wrists barely went past my elbows. The neckline was irregular and the workmanship (the knitting) was so bad. When I tried to return it, I was told that they could give me 10% partial refund (they issue a 10% refund while you keep the item), they can give me a 50% store credit, or I can get a full refund if I return the item and pay for shipping myself. Uh...no. Shipping to China isn't cheap.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I saw their ads on Instagram and ordered three sweaters. Then I decided to look into the company online (should’ve done that before I ordered!) and discovered 1) There is no family-owned Olivia Westwood boutique in Nashville, as they represent themselves, nor anywhere else for that matter, and 2) there are a ton of negative reviews online about how the company is a scam based in China and about how the sweaters they send are cheap knockoffs of the sweaters pictured on their website and in the ads. So I emailed them about an half an hour after I placed my order and requested they cancel my order. They could have refused and sent me the items I ordered, but I received an email from their customer service rep saying they’d process my refund and update me. After four days with no refund I replied to their original response and got the same answer. Over the course of two weeks and nine emails, they kept saying they’d process my refund and update me but they never did. They were just giving me the runaround. With no refund, no product that I paid for, and with the company ghosting me, I finally went to my bank and requested they refund my money. I had to fill out an affidavit and three weeks later I was refunded - three weeks during which I never received that “update” about the refund they promised me. Long story short: email them and save all of their replies as proof so you can get your money back if you dispute the charges with your bank,

This fraudulent company should be out of business! I canceled my order within a 1/2 hour because I read the reviews, which I should have done before I placed my order. I reached out to the customer service on 12/21/25, and I still have not received my refund. They keep telling me that it's been processed, which is a lie! DO NOT order from this company, they are a SCAM!!

I would not give this fraudulent company one star if I didn’t need to in order to provide a review. This could not have been a worse experience. I canceled my order 15 minutes after it was placed and customer service (if you can even call it customer service) assured me the order was canceled and I would be refunded. I checked a number of times after not receiving the refund and was assured it would be processed - never happened. Then these ugly, cheap polyester garments from China arrived — they looked nothing like the pictures and are without question 100% flammable. I have since emailed them 10 times asking for a refund and while they respond, nothing happens. Now I am leaving negative reviews wherever I can and filed a fraud claim with my credit card. These people should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I would give zero stars. The quality of the clothing is poor and misrepresented. And even though they say ‘satisfaction guaranteed’, the return process is ridiculous and cost prohibitive because they make you send your return back to china.

I wish I could give -stars. THE worst. The website is a lie. This is just a company in China. First it took 21 days to get the order. They use a carrier that doesn't update well (at one point is was delivering to Ohio and I live in Arizona). It took 10 days to get 7 hours from California to Arizona. The extra large is really more of medium and the zoe sweater (as others have said) is NOT a sweater. It is a print that is supposed to be of a sweater. It's so cheap and so ugly. When I saw the site (f u Instagram) it made it seem like Halle Berry and others liked the site. I should have known. It's my own fault but I'm so mad I'm leaving this review. A first for me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS unethical POS.

What shit company. They sent me a hoodie printed like a knit sweater. Then when I see it will take $60 to return it. They tell me we have will give you 6 bucks and keep the shitty hoodie. Complete scam

I say we wear our ugly sweaters as a PSA to our fellow man. Let's not allow our money to be wasted in vain. Expose them!

I ordered the Zoe sweater hoodie, thinking I was getting an actual sweater. Instead, I got this shiny, cheap, polyester hoodie with the knit pattern imprinted on it. It looks like something I could have ordered off Wish or Temu.

This company should be ashamed of themselves! the way the company, with three daughters honoring their mother's memory, is tragic. Shame on me for being fooled. The description of the product I ordered is so far removed from what I actually got. The quality is abysmal. I can't return it because of the expense of shipping back to China and it's too ugly to donate to a thrift store. I think I'll just cut it up for rags.

Only put a star because I had 5o to leave a comment. Horrible experience. Product quality below poor. I received boots with broken zipper and cheap materials. Paid close to $90 with taxes, shipping. Cannot get my money back unless return boots to CHINA😳😳😳🤔🤔. Basically a rip off company in China. Never ever purchase from this company. Spread the word.

This is an AI generated company in China that is posing to be a US boutique and selling cheap clothing via marketing ads in Instagram. Same issue as everyone else, the return policy states $15 admin fee- but not that you have to pay for costs to ship back to China. They offered me a 10% return and keep the item as an option. Such a joke, keep your cheap shit from China in China and Instagram should know better about the scams.
