The cosmetics arrived after about a month straight from China. They looked nothing like what was advertised. This company is a scam.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The product I purchased is HORRIBLE - the skin adapting CC makeup. It’s a joke - the texture and coloring - it’s the worst makeup purchase ever for me. Then what makes it worse is that by the time I got it, they were already sending the subscription, which means I have more of the horrid product. I tried to return their makeup - they don’t want it back, and will only give a 20% refund. They will not take THEIR product back - the unopened bottles. They clearly know their product is bad, as they don’t guarantee it. Buyer BEWARE. Read other reviews, and don’t buy these products. Notice, I couldn’t even do a review on SHOP. I wonder if that’s by design. Horrible stuff.

This company tricks you into ordering additional products and signing up for a membership. You must be very careful about reading what you are clicking because they spam you with products to order and then switch the buttons so you think you are saying no to the purchase but really it’s no- and then in small print, I don’t want to miss this. Sketchy, super sketchy. Then they only refund you 25%

I thought I was purchasing a Tarte bundle based on the online ad which featured Tarte products. What i received were knock offs that have the same packaging as Tarte but no branding. The products were nothing like Tarte. THey irritated my skin and what was supposed to be a color correcting serum was a super thick foundation that did not have any color-adjusting properties whatsoever. I reached out immediately requesting to return the products and they said since they arrived free of damage from shipping they will only offer me a 20% refund. I was also signed up for a subscription without my knowledge and I only realized it when i went to the site to request a return.

This has to be a scam site. I have been charged $39.00 a month without my knowledge since purchasing a product once. I have not received any for the $39 a month nor did I know that by buying a product from them you were automatically enrolled it said program which as I can tell gets you nothing.
