We’ve reviewed our records and found that the accounts you mentioned exist, but no deposits or funded accounts were ever made. Withdrawals and chargebacks only apply to accounts with actual transactions, which are not present in this case.

Please understand that the $100 bonus was part of a promotion automatically added to many accounts during the campaign period. It was not guaranteed for all countries, and the Terms and Conditions clearly specify that this promotion was only for clients from Bangladesh and Brazil.
