The sales rep was very friendly and helpful.

Box was great but my little guy is not liking the beef. Really hope he like chicken. But I have showed a few friends with healthy pups to start there babies with good food like Ollie’s and farmers dog. Great in size Ollie’s is.

We love all the recipes and dogs are always happy to have their meal time.

Everything arrived in great shape and convenient packaging. We are now starting to introduce Pippin to his new food, a little at a time.

I was having problems getting my initiate dachshund to eat his kibble so I decided to try out adding some fresh food to his kibble. After lots of research, I chose Ollie and could not be happier! He gets so excited to eat each meal now! I definitely recommend Ollie!

My Pomeranian is a very picky eater, tried numerous brands of food for her including Farmer's Dog and Fresh Pet. She did not like either but loves Ollie, she now lets me know when she is hungry and eats every bite. Also loves the chewy treats.

Carter loves his food! His skin allergies have cleared & he is full of energy!

Called Ollie to question my delivery. Spoke with Shane who resolved my problem. Was easy and quick. Great customer service.

I tried the trial the first time they sent small packs for a 60 pound dog that is active and when I tried to get larger packs they wanted to charge me 160 to get the large packs when that's what she should have gotten in the first place. I did a test and tried a trial again changing the answers for her activity and weight to show she needed to gain weight and yet they sent the same small packs 800 calorie per day and upon asking for the correct packs they again wanted me to pay 160+ to get the large packs. That's how I know they are misleading consumers and no matter what answer you put on the activity form for the trial they will always send the small packs for active large dogs .

I finally found a food that my dog will eat and not to mention it's healthy. The customer service department is very helpful if ever needed. I highly recommend this company.

My Fortuna does not like the food. She is an Italian Grayhound and a picky girl so I want my account cancelled

My dog is being picky again over her food. Not sure why. The food seems to be very well packed that she has become picky and I have to add a cheese topper or something to get her to eat it.

Ollie has been an amazing company to work with. I got one order and everything was packaged beautifully. My dog loved it. I had to delay the second order. Before I got the second order, my dog died, and I forgot to cancel the order. I got an email when it was sent, and I immediately called them and the person on the phone, Olivia, immediately knew what to do offered a refund and told me that she was very sorry and told me I could do what I wanted with the shipment donate it or give it away. She made a very stressful situation. Much much easier and I am very thankful to her great company for training and having those directives.

Our dog passed away and they were so incredibly kind. Our current box was refunded, a suggestion to donate to pups in need and any future orders were cancelled and taken care of. I’ve already shared with several people what an amazing company Ollie is. Their food also helped extend our girls life an get her off of food that was making her sick.

I came to Ollie from another very disappointing expensive company. I immediately was comfortable and confident that Ollie was the right choice in picking the best dog food for my pets. I had an order problem but it was fixed quickly by Taylor. She empathized with my dilemma, and offered me a perfect resolution.
