I was suffering from intense panic attacks and burn out at the beginning of the year and had nowhere to turn. I've never been to a therapist as it feels like the process is tedious and designed by old school people who don't understand today's generation and their struggles. I found Ollie Health and within 3 clicks I found the exact therapists at a SUPER affordable rate and I now book a session with her on a bi-weekly basis. Love Ollie Health and would recommend it to anyone, even if you aren't struggling with Mental Health and just want someone to chat to.
