Gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis.
Wir haben das Hotel über ein Wochenende gebucht und waren zufrieden. Es hat grundsätzlich an nichts gefehlt.

The Bath Hilton City Hotel is well-positioned, close to all the important places in this lovely city. Very efficiently run with welcoming and helpful Staff, providing a luxury experience with comfortable, quiet rooms and a superb choice of food at Breakfast.
We would definitely like to return here at the same time next year!

I'm very satisfied

We booked this hotel mainly because the parcking was free of charge, safe, and we could make late check-in.
The place is really beautiful, the gardens are away from the noisy areas of the city, offers a very nice view of the city. We've been in november, but I think the place would be incredible during summer or even spring. It also has outside swimming pool, and you can enjoy your breakfast on the terase, with a very nice view.
The room was clean, old and fancy style, the only incovenient was that we received the room right near the elevator/stairs and you could here people passing by.
But all the rest was great, I would reccomand it. The breakfast was nice, continental I would say (ham, cheese, sweets, fruits, coffee, milk etc.).
Staff was very helful, so feel free to ask.
From the hotel we took the bus to the city center (only 1.2 euro/ticket/one way). You reach the center in 5 mins with the bus.

Kurzfristige, unkomplizierte Buchung mit sehr gutem Preis! Das Hotel war genau wie erwartet. Gewünschtes Zustellbett vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir buchen gern wieder.

Ett jättebra hotell som ligger precis vid Pantheon. Mycket bra läge!
Rummet var bra, med en något hård, men ändå helt ok säng.
Frukosten var också bra. Espressos och cappucinos kan beställas.
Det är ett trestjärnigt hotell som är rent och snyggt. Jättetrevlig receptionspersonal som tipsade om bra restauranger och sevärdheter.
Jag kan rekommendera det här hotellet.

Booked a room through Olotels for a stay in London (reservation number 5073545). The booking was non refundable.

At the time of travel, I feel ill. Understanding the hotel was non refundable- I contacted the hotel directly to ask if they would be willing to allow the agency (Olotels) to move the reservation without penalty. The hotel were fair, and agreed they would allow Olotels to move the reservation to a future date free of charge. I was delighted.

I sent Olotels an email on 11th November, immediately after speaking with the hotel, to advise. The hotel wanted Olotels to formally request the change in an email, and they would agree to it.

I sent 6 emails chasing this up, each time I got an email saying 'we will update you shortly'. One time I even called and the agent said she would call back in 10 minutes- and didnt!

Finally, 15 days later, Olotels send me an email saying 'I checked into the hotel, and as a result, I will be charged in full'.

What a fiasco! When will it end? I done all the hard work, the hotel were happy to move the booking no problem. Now Olotels have left it 15 days when this could have been sorted in 1 phone call.

So angry. I would avoid them.

**** Update 18th December 2013****

The supplier offered a 1 night refund which was ok. If they acted upon what the hotel offered (to move the full reservation) I would not have lost out on one night. I feel Olotels were too slow to act and this is why I lost out.

I feel as though the frontline customer care let Olotels down. Shame you have to shout about your bad experience on here before they take things seriously.

Its up there with your posh modern boutiquey hotels, but without the price tag.!!
Our room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate.
We expected similar to other express hotel/lodges we've been to , BUT, bing bong, So
Wrong. Very classy ,and, an en suite to die for.
Breakfast room is ultra white, ultra modern.

They provided the best price for the hotel we wished to book, and indeed by booking stage were the only web site we found that could provide our desired hotel.

I had a choice of where to book this Hotel, the Bluebay Hotel in Costa Teguise, but I chose to use Olotels because it was clear and offered a good selection of images and was able to offer the accommodation at the best price in comparison to the other well known hotel comparison sites.

Olotel.com delivers what it promises: Hotel rooms at discounted rates. The design could be nicer and the translation better, but the core of the business just works.

Just booked a hotel through Olotels.com. This is my first time hearing and using this website. The price was good. But when I checked out, it says$0 for debit card and $11.2 fee for credit card. I chose to use debit card, but I was still charged $11.2! I have called their customer service, but the representative said she could not process this issue and let me send an email to the customer care... So far I don't feel good with the website... Hopefully my reservation will not have any problem when I arrive at the hotel. But anyway, I will be very cautious with Olotels.com. There is no free lunch... there must be some hidden cost for the low price tag.

35 € cheaper than the best price displayed in the hotel. So a nice week end in Lille

Clean and bright bedroom with and fully equipped with basic amenities such as coffee/tea making facilities.

Front desk officers are friendly and can communicate well in English. They are knowledgeable and are able to advise on transportation, metro and etc.

Hotel is accessible via the Airport Shuttle.

Highly recommended for both individual traveller as well as family.
