Firstly, their tools are subpar, nothing really special. Customer service is terrible! My order got shipped to the wrong city and their response was “wait for 7 days to see if it shows up”. The guy I talked to couldn’t care less about incorrect shipping or if it affected the customer in any way. If you really want something from these guys, go pick it up yourself. Their delivery contractors and Olsa’s response to concerns will be their downfall!

Oder was fast but canpar couriers is not a friendly site to deal with got email that parcel was picked up and nothing till day it was delivered no updates or communication in between

I looked online and in social media for some magnetic socket holders and ordered a total of 6 3/8 drive, 6 1/2 drive and 6 1/4 drive. As well I ordered the low profile 3/8;impact socket set. The magnets on the base of the rail are OK but could be much better. I try and place my 3/8 deep metric on the side of anything metal and it slides. It's also a bit of a annoyance to line up my sockets and accessories with the single dimple. I broke the 13mm already and have ordered a replacement. Im not dissatisfied completely bit i wanted to support canadian businesses. I would chose something different. The service is good but my response was hit more miss if I got one. Im bummed about my 13mm but understand they are not your typical impact sockets. I ordered an astro to replace and try. Warranty is also hit and miss as they discontinued many items. A warranty is only good if you keep products on hand for replacement/repair. I wanted to try the ratchet but didn't want to buy a rebuild kit to ensure I could use it if it ever broke.

I have received three emails asking me to review my order - after 12 business days, it hasn’t even shipped yet (my order confirmation stated delivery in 5-10 business days). I emailed customer service for an update and was told they’d look into it, with no further follow up. No idea if the tools are any good… edit: update after another two weeks - still haven’t received my order.
