They sent the wrong item,refused to accept a return,but offered 75% off NEXT purchase!
No chance will there ever be a second purchase from myself.
Shocking service all in all.

I purchased a cashmere sweater from Olyndra London as a gift for my relative. The item arrived without the required fibre composition label and without care instructions. This means I cannot verify the material or how the garment should be cared for. However I am positive it is not cashmere at all. The colour is different as well. Misleading information from the merchant!
I contacted the merchant and requested a full refund and a prepaid return label. The merchant failed to resolve the issue and stopped responding. I am going to contact Trading Standards next.

Very disappointed. I was happy to receive items but they are not true to size but it’s get worse when it’s come to return the items . 3 days no response from the company?!!! Try to get instructions to send items back and get refund and not sure if will get my money back?!

I have ordered two pairs of shoes from this company Olyndra. The first pair, I was very happy with and so I ordered a second pair, but in a different colour. The second pair, order no.81449, never arrived! Since then I have had a little email ping-pong with the company. A person called Claire did reply to emails initially claiming the courier had left my shoe parcel in a safe place. I asked her to seek the usual photographic evidence, she undertook to do so, but none was forthcoming. After a number of weeks now she has not gotten back to me. I further email her twice with no response.
My recommendation is 'do not use' this company as they do not always deliver on the goods, they do not resolve problems and eventually do not bother to reply to your appeals for help or even normal contact, they take your money but do not refund when their courier fails to deliver. DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST OLYNDRA! Oh, Olyndra, don't bother to give your usual "please contact our customer support so you can resolve this" cos I am intouch with them and they don't resolve anything.

I ordered the ELEANOR ELEGANT CARDIGAN FROM OLYNDRA LONDON on 15th June and it eventually arrived on 11th July. It was nothing like the photograph and not like the knitted cardi I had expected. On the 13th July I send a request for a returns label. This was the response:

Thank you for your message, and we’re sorry that the cardigan did not meet your expectations.
After checking your order, we can confirm that the 14-day return period has already passed, so unfortunately, we’re unable to accept the item for a full refund.

However, as a goodwill gesture, we can offer either:
75% store credit to use toward a future order, or
10% refund to your original payment method.
There is no need to return the cardigan with either option. Please let us know which resolution you would prefer.

How does 2 days after delivery constitute 14 days???
They are refusing to refund me and not sending me a returns label to get my refund.
Really bad customer service & products.

Alternatively, we can arrange a 10% instant refund with no return required if this is easier and more cost-effective for you.

I was happy with a the purchase of a light blue soft jacket but was then sent a lot of marketing for dresses - Ordered 2 in a sale but they are not true to size and trying to return the unusable over large items is very difficult as they want to be forwarned about this and in the small print customer pays for the postage -
If it's in China as I am led to believe I may just donate them to a charity shop-
The email contact for them doesn't exist .-
Checking Google AI iis seems it seems there is a track record of worrying behaviour around returns .

Paltry refund after many requests for full refund. I was offered two more pairs of shoes when the others didn't fit and to keep the ones that were no use. Masquerading as London company . I would have had 8 pairs of unwearable shoes had I agreed. I am out of pocket by a lot of money at least it is a lot to lose when on a pension. They are dishonest . Avoid like the plague

Hello everyone I’ve been requested by the supplier of my shoes I have purchased which took a little time from China …. And not London as originally thought …. I love them and they were well worth the wait …. They are genuine soft leather … white and fit well I ordered size UK 5 easy to slip on with a soft lace to tie up very unique and different … I do wear trainers /hiking boots but would not wear these for that they are smart and look very modern ….. I love them

Wrong size. Poor quality and no way to communicate with them. No return label. Big money con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Contacted them with an address error immediately after ordering . As they say , 'contact us to change address '. No reply for days by which time it's too late to change address!! I will now not receive my parcel and have to chase refund .
Not worth the hassle .
Repeated emails now from them .
No help whatsoever !

Do not use!
Ordered a pair of shorts, waited weeks, then they were NOT the same as advertised - cheaper material, different cut, only vaguely similar colour, no belt, product information label cut off. Requested a return for refund - was offered 10% no quibble go away payment or to send them tracked international to China!! And they were smaller than ordered.

Olyndra responded reasonably & quickly.
BUT - on contacting their Customer Service they just repeated their earlier offer - return to China at £13.15 cost, not refundable -and all this because they sent me something I didn't order.
And OlyndraLondon company appears to be based in Perth, West Australia where they have an advertising standards authority.
Or, just get your clothes somewhere else.

Wish I'd read the reviews on here as so many people have said, this company is a total con.
What you receive is nothing like advertised in materials,quality and design.
The return address is in China costing more to return it than the rag they've sold you.

Follow up to the reply they've given so many people.
I have contacted your team and they were useless in resolving the issue so I've opened up a PayPal dispute.

More Chinese rubbish. And if you want to return it you have to post it back to China!

So I left a post a week ago about a wrong item received and they said they would send a replacement over a month ago. They replied to my post to get in touch so I did . Another week has passed and i have heard nothing from them !!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The shoes were great, wide toe and comfortable. However, there is an expectation that when they say “London” the shoes will be delivered from a U.K. site within a reasonable time. 2 weeks plus for a delivery which was obviously not in the U.K.

Very poor quality product and misleading advertising and description. Refund would only be given if I paid return postage and they would then decide if a refund was approved! Instead I opted for a 15% refund which is the maximum they give! I have been waiting for 2 months for the refund. They gave various excuses for the delay then changed their story and said it had been sent. It has not so I have register a dispute with PayPal. Do not use this company without reading reviews first.

I found the experience well. Got replies to my emails very quickly.

This company is unscrupulous. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.
I asked for refund details which they keep ignoring. They 'very kindly' said I could keep my order or gift it to someone else and they would give me 75% off another order. NO WAY! The shoes I ordered were too big and cheaply made. Disgusting. I will be highlighting their practices in main stream media including TV.

I ordered two pairs of their luxury finished shoes, I waited more than two weeks for them. They arrived in plastic bags rather than shoe boxes and as a result, the shoes were squashed. The leather and finish was cheap. I contacted them asking for a return label because I did not feel I should be financially disadvantaged by them. They took two weeks to respond saying the do not pay for returns, but I could have an 80% discount on any other product . I wrote back explaining that I did nothing t trust the quality of their goods. They still refused to give me a return label and offered me a discount as an alternative. I will report them to the consumer protection authority and I want everyone to know that these are not a Uk company. I refuse to pay the return postage. They have a duty of care to provide the goods as advertised, if they fail to do this I’m entitled to a full refund and should not be disadvantaged.
If the company reads this know that I intend to continue chasing until you do the right thing and pay for the return of your goods. Why should I pay almost the same to return you substandard shoes leaving me out of pocket and you with your goods which you can sell on to someone else. This is dishonest and as with everyone that has left a one star review, if you continue, we will make sure that the word is spread about your con.
