Very disappointing experience with OMAC USA.

The product I received did not fit my vehicle and arrived in poor condition with visible defects. The overall quality was far below what was advertised and not acceptable for the price.

This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, and it’s clear that there are serious issues with quality control and product accuracy.

I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company again.

It was easy to find the items and easy to place an order too.

The cargo carrier is damaged, missing hardware and keys rendering it useless.

Quality of materials is excellent. However, the fit is not very good. It does not take into account the amounts for the seats and such things. It’s not very well thought out. Also the floor liners slip around on the carpet. There are nothing to help grip it from moving. But I said earlier, the quality of the material is great.

7 days later no package no shipping updates. OMAC Stated they would check with the shipper to have shipping updated and never did. Never will use again for my business.

They exceeded my expectations! Love the speedy service and communication from OMAC. Came in quick! The floor mat fit perfectly in VW ID 4.

My profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent customer service experience. As a loyal Model S accessories customer, I was dismayed to receive a rear cargo mat that is significantly undersized and fundamentally defective for its intended purpose.

Attempting to resolve this product issue proved equally frustrating. My interactions with your customer service were dominated by automated responses and redundant information requests, turning a simple return into a protracted and inefficient process devoid of personalized assistance.

Arrived faster then expected. Fit in perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Just put it in have to see how it wears.

We revive the order, the item was not new, it was used, full off scratches. We get money back from eBay. My daughter ordered the same item 3 weeks later, she also get a item with scratches and looking like it was used before. The coustomers service didn’t give any answer, nothing. Never again on this company

It fits perfectly and has an excellent quality. Would buy it again

Omac USA has a very response return on any questions and issues I had about delivery. They fixed my problem super fast and was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lieferung usw ok, aber kein passender Adapter für die Scheibenwischer. Musste die Gummilippen auf die alten Scheibenwischer umbauen.

J'ai reçu le tapis que je voulais, dans un délai correct, par contre il a été envoyé dans une simple enveloppe plastique, plié en 4, et abîmé et déformé définitivement en plein milieu, à l'endroit des 4 plis. Honteux à ce prix là !
Plus jamais je n'achèterai chez eux !

The running board came one end of the box taped, when I toke the boards to the body shop I was told that a part was missing and that this board would have to be modified to fit my car. This winded up costing me extra money. I wished I had went to the dealer to purchase the running boards.

Ordered roof rack Feb 23 by March 8 no order no communication. Nothing. Just charged my card and disappeared. This company is a scam.

Leider die falsche Größe geschickt. Direkt rückgemeldet. Keine Rückmeldung erhalten: nie wieder!

Ich bin überaus zufrieden mit diesem Shop. Freundliche und fachlich sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter. Die Ware wurde durch GLS leider beschädigt angeliefert. Nach Anruf und Mail-Kontakt habe ich das Problem beschrieben. Umgehend erhielt ich eine Rückantwort und Erläuterung zum weiteren Verfahrensweg. Danach wurde alles sehr schnell zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich kann diesen Shop uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen
