Not interested in selling Deepal cars

Took my time to view and if i liked the car test drive the Deepal S07. Went in showroom at Oldham this morning and no one was interested in showing me through the car. 1 sales person who was to busy chatting socially to someone. I walked around the car, sat in the car looked through the features and still no one came to me to assist or answer any questions i may have had. The test drive i was hoping for was none existent when no one is there to talk to. As i was going to leave.i got a half hearted can i help you. Worse part is i liked the car but will not be buying one. If customer service is this bad why should i give you any business at all. Really disappointed with the experience. Made me feel cheap and my business unwanted.

I had a fantastic experience with OMC Accrington. From the very beginning, Brandon handled the sale professionally, making the process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me updated throughout.

His manager, Caroline Jones, was also excellent and ensured everything was arranged perfectly right up until the car delivery. The entire team was organised and supportive, making the experience very straightforward.

I’m fully happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend OMC Accrington to anyone looking for a car.

Great place to buy a car

Afternoon all. I have to say from start ti finish I had a fantastic experience at OMC Oldham this was mainly down too Luke no pressure no push no hard sale. Even on the extras like they offer Just great customer service. Thanks Luke for all your support. Kind regards

Great Customer Service

Had an amazing experience when buying my first electric car with OMC Accrington. John Pilkington was very patient and helpful and even now after few weeks of having the car if I ring and have any questions, John or any of the sales team (in John absents) are very keen to help. Will definitely recommend to friends and Family.

OMC Accrington....Hopeless....

OMC Accrington....bought a 2 year old S Max online sight unseen. £30,000.It was delivered down to Kent.This should have been prepped /valted to look like a new car. Oh dear. It looked as if it had been traded in and just delivered straight down to us. Previous owners crisp crumbs still on back seat. Food stains from the owners children. Clearly no valet at all Just unbelievable. On the outside numerous scratchesnot attended to, one huge one. Bumber by tailgate serious scratches by luggage dragged in and out. Huge stone chips on bonnet not even attempted to touch up. Just hopeless from a main dealer. To make it worse the delivery driver left his sandwich packet on the front seat and a blood stained tissue where he had a nosebleed. Needless to say we rejected thar car and it returned to Accrington for a full refund.Car still sitting on their forecourt 2 months later.

Omcford Oldham

The team at the Oldham branch is lovely. They made my purchase so easy and quick. They would ensure I was okay with everything through the entire process and I they had rang me to ensure everything was okay with my purchase and if I had any questions. I could not recommend them enough.

Expensive Warranty Claim

Brand new Ford Transit van bought. It has now developed an air conditioning fault, we took it to OMC for a warranty claim and left with a £1500 bill. We were blamed for damaging it although the van has never been in an accident. The engineer told us the condenser was bent but it was the pipe that was leaking. They didn't just replace the pipe though they charged us for the full system. What a surprise.

the van has been burning oil which we reported. they don't know why but a service will do.. See how it goes, we were told. when it blows up i think they will blame us for that too.

on a serious note. Look elsewhere for a better dealer for any warranty claims. they will likely be billing Ford for a warranty claim too.

unfortunatley they would not give me Ford UK

PHONED UP TO COME & VIEW MAZDA 6 COMING FROM LIVERPOOL JUST COMING OFF MOTORWAY AND GARAGED PHONED ME TO SAY SOME ONE HAD BOOKED TO SEE CAR AND STOPPED ME FROM VIEWING VEHICLE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY WHEN WAS ALREADY AGREED FOR ME TO VIEW THE CAR BE VERY CAREFUL OFF THE GARAGE

going over and above

They have just sorted a problem on my ford Kuga my car fob had had the back cover missing when i collected my fixed car they had also put a new back on my fob at no charge this might not seem a lot but it was a nice touch so well done and thanks again

Accrington garage terrible

Accrington garage damaged my alloy during a wash, won't admit liability and palmed me off with excuses and unreasonable explanation. Service manager is fairly rude and doesn't care about customer service experience. Unfortunately not my first poor experience with the garage either. Spoke to omc head office to be promised a call back which I've also not yet had.

From point of sale.

From the point of sale, to the aftersales service. OMC ford Accrington is the best car dealership I have come across. I will certainly use this dealership again when purchasing either a new or used car.

Don't bother

Booked an appointment to view a fiesta at Rochdale branch this morning. Drove almost an hour to be told the car was currently being sold.
Terrible service and manager was rude and unhelpful when we complained. Highly unprofessional.
Thanks for nothing!
