Susan at customer service has been really helpful with options and support. I would note that there is a shipping charge for returning items that don't fit and I would encourage you to get a half or full size up from your usual size as the trainers arrive slightly smaller. In exchange for a new pair, I was asked to submit a 5 star review hence why i gave the customer service 5 star.

I order a pair of the Bliss Walk - Black on 12/19/2025 for my daughter to wear at work. These shoes finally arrived on 1/7/2026. The shoes were poorly and cheaply made. The bottom of the shoes are so slick, they have no rubber or grips on them. I requested a refund and they want to only give me 35% of my order total back 😤 and keep a pair of shoes I DONT WANT, that is not acceptable. Then they tell me if I dont want to do that that I could send the shoes back, by me paying the shipping cost and restocking fee, and wait for them to receive them and process a refund. That is also unacceptable!!

They need to send me a return label so I can send them back and process my refund!!

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This place is a scam total rip off, please do not order from them they do not use a reliable logistics company, they shipping takes weeks then, they send a confirmation that your order arrived but never did claims it was shipped through USPS which is bogus, I am writing this review so no one else gets taken of their hard earned money.

Omega walk shoes although comfy do run small. Their customer service is fast and reliable. Not only are they sending me a bigger size they are letting me keep the originals as well! Can’t wait to get use of my omega walk shoes!

If I can give this company a 0, I would I ordered my shoes on the 18th of December the purchase went smoothly however, When I tracked my item it’s stayed 2 days on pending shipping and moving cross faculty it got delivered on Jan 2, The worst shipping package a plastic wrap with the shoes , not in a box or a package you would like 60.00 dollars shoes would go in and the shoes are not as described as they are in the ad. The email is a customer robot that says we received your email and someone will respond in 12 hours , no one did.

Comfy shoes…worth the wait. However, the shoes run small so order one size up! Other than that…great shoe!

Ordered some trainers, delivery took forever, packaged up really dodgy and then the left shoelace was broken really really disappointed avoid buying shoes from here!

This company really cares about its customers. I ordered my correct shoe size, but their shoes run small. They're going to send me a larger size, and told me I can keep the other pair, which I plan to donate to Goodwill.

I bought shoes, I bought them in the usual size I do to any other shoe company. It took over two weeks to arrive. And when they arrived they were a lot smaller, and it seemed like something just made in a low cost factory. It was not comfortable in the slightest. The inner sides were way too slanted, not even as if it was arched, but actually slanted. I have contacted the team, asking for a refund and return process. It’s been maybe two weeks of going back and forth with them, emailing, they respond maybe three days later and it’s always a very vague and dismissive response. They’ve given me a 30% refund, and said I had to pay to return it to receive the rest of the refund, but the pay to return it to China will probably be the same amount as a good portion or all of my full refund. They haven’t given me my full refund, yet they keep sending emails that seem like they’ve been translated into English, or maybe it’s AI, or just a script that was pasted. It’s extremely dismissive. Completely misses the point. They just say they care about good customer service and ask how can they help, yet they ignore what I say. They act as if it’s MY fault that it was undersized, and made wrongly. It’s a shame giving small businesses a chance since they don’t have the reputation to uphold like bigger businesses, so they don’t have as good quality or customer service. It’s gambling going and buying from them. I’d have definitely stayed away from the company if they had made it clear on their website I couldn’t get a full refund and return if anything went wrong. The entire thing was misleading. Maybe others had a good experience, or maybe all their reviews are fake, written by them or AI, but for me it was a terrible mistake. Especially as a student who really needed the shoes and heavily lost out where I can’t just get myself new shoes and ignore the money wasted.

Great customer service. I am very impressed with the look. The shoes I purchased was to small. I asked for another size, the company quickly responded to ship me the correct size at no cost and I can keep the other one. The company cares about their customers.

I did receive my shoes late but I finally got them and they were small but they told me I can get the right size with no extra cost I like them just can't wait to get the right size. They understood about me being upset after waiting to get my shoes

Great customer service I ordered a size 8.5 and 9. My regular size is 8.5. However when I received both sizes the length was too small and it was tight around my big toe nail. Customer service explained to me that 8.5 & 9 is the same length and agreed to send me a 9.5 aka 41 free of charge. Easy resolution and I’m happy with the quality of the shoe overall. The cushion heel is so comfortable during a long day of standing at work.

The customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I can appreciate that as a brand all together. I am looking forward to purchasing more shoes soon!

I ordered the wrong size shoe from Omegawalk. Susan contacted me and is sending me the correct size and no cost to me!! Thank you so much Omegawalk for being an amazing company and standing behind your customers!! Five Stars!!

I wish I checked the review before buying:
1. Very low quality, rubber soles; I got something similar on Temu for £3 and I was made to pay £33 for a pair of rubber sole Orthopedic shoes
2. Took over a month to arrive.
3. Sizes don't fit. So item was useless for me. They refused to refund or to offer me another one
4. Packaging was very unprofessional.
5. Low quality. Will not last. Very cheap.and fake material.
6. When ordering, you do not know it is from China. This is low quality stuff from China.
7. Omegawalk is a rip off company.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I have been scammed twice. Do not fall victim.

This company is fraud. Avoid them at all cost. I lost about 65pounds to them. Shoes could not be returned and they refused to send me one that sizes. The pictures you see is not what you are getting. Though I lost the money to fraudsters, I know karma will catch up with them. A company with fraudulent activities like this will sure go under. Don't be deceived by the name, it is a Chinese company. TEMU is way better. The sames shoes they sell with rubber soles can be gotten at £5 on Temu. Fraudsters!!!!

Very very cheap material , nothing like the picture of the trainers they are advertising , cheap.and tacky trainers very misleading pictures and advertising
