I recently travelled from Ireland to Omer Istanbul Dental Centre to get my teeth done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After a year of research and communication, I finally decided to go ahead with zirconia crowns, and I’m so glad I did.
The treatment was carried out by Dr. Aisha, who did an amazing job. The final check-up was done by Dr. Omer himself, which was very reassuring and showed their commitment to quality and patient satisfaction.
I first came across the clinic during a holiday in Turkey last year, and from then on, I was in touch with Rima at the clinic for nearly a year. She was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and recommending the best treatment plan for my specific case—especially as my front teeth were chipped and beginning to decay.
One of the highlights of my experience was having an interpreter, Magnus, by my side during all of my appointments. He was brilliant—always present, helpful, and ensured I was comfortable and fully understood every step of the procedure.
The only small issue I faced was with the timing of my appointments. I had requested early morning slots a month in advance, but due to some miscommunication, a few of the appointments were scheduled for the afternoon or evening. That said, the team made a genuine effort to accommodate me and adjust the timings as best they could, which I appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend Omer Istanbul Dental Centre.

Die Ärzte sind sehr erfahren und geduldig, sie gehen auf deine Bedürfnisse und Wünsche ein. Die Termine und die Betreuung war sehr genau und pünktlich. Ein sehr großes Dankeschön geht an die Zahnärztin die mich behandelt hat. Dr. Esma hat mich mit Ihrer überzeugender Arbeit, herzlichen Art und ausführlicher Beratung vollumfänglich zufrieden gestellt. Vielen Dank auch an meine Betreuerin Fr. Handan, für die super Organisation, der vielen Geduld zu all meinen Fragen und Ihre durchgängige Erreichbarkeit.

Es ist unglaublich was für ein perfektes Ergebnis dieses Team in so kurzer Zeit abliefert. 6 Tage sind schon fast zu kurz. Das Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis ist einfach nur unschlagbar. 10 von 10!

Din secunda in care am ajuns pot spune ca totul a mers extraordinar de bine. De la transfer, ca va pot spune sincer ca a durat undeva la 10 minute de cand am trecut de securitate pana cand am fost in bus. Transferul super misto, 5* nu ii de ajuns. Am fost cazat la un hotel la doi pasi de clinica, bineinteles hotel de 5* plus, in stic baroc cu o eleganta si curatenie de neegalat din experientele mele trecute. A doua zi am ajuns la clinica unde am fost asteptat de translator/suport mental :)), unde am fost la XRay si apoi mi sa faut controlul unde am vazut exact planul de tratament, odata ce am ajuns de acord la contract in 2 ore am fost programat la chirurgie pentru 4 implanturi si o extractie, va spun din punctul de vedere a unui om extrem de anxios, a fost IMPECABIL totul!!!!!! Nici urma de durere, un chirurg cu o mana de lucru impresionanta. Va spun sincer ca si dupa interventie nici un fel de durere, Andreea - traducatorul ce a fost la tot pasul langa mine, ma asistat la farmacie pentru reteta de antibiotice profilactice si apoi la centrul medical pentru injectii (un antiotic ceva de durere si un seroid pentru inflamație) Am explorat Istanbulul deoarece am avut timp suficient si a doua zi la ora 9 la clinica iar pentru control. Ramane restul peste minim 3 luni, insa va pot spune sincer cea mai buna decizie luata sa vin la @OmerIstanbul Dental Centre.

It all started from March at this year when i have to travel from USA to Omer Istanbul for my surgery and implants.
Six months was this September and I came back for my new permanent teeth. It is a allmarvel. Dr Levent did a clean and great job and I am very satisfied and happy.
I appreciate the timely ride to and from airport to hotel and back. I like the professionalism of this clinic.
Most of all I appreciate my able, dedicated and committed Medical Consultant and language interpreter Shirley who was with me from start to finish. Kudos to you all.

Wir sind aktuell noch hier in Istanbul und genießen unseren letzten Abend. Wir sind durch Facebook auf Omer Istanbul gekommen. Und vom 1 Moment per WhatsApp, bis hin zum Transfer, Hotel, Preis, Service und vor allem meine neuen Zähne bin ich mega glücklich. Ich fahre als neuer Mensch nachhause. Mein besonderer Dank geht an Türkan . Sie war immer für mich da immer erreichbar und hat geholfen wo immer geht . Herr Omer kann stolz auf Turkan sein. Ebenfalls danke an meinen Zahnarzt Dr. Armagan. Nous avons contacté cette clinique afin de réaliser des implants dentaires qui auraient été hors de prix en France. Le travail a été réalisé en deux visites à six mois d'intervalle. Toute l'équipe de Omer Istanbul a fait preuve d'un très grand professionnalisme : tant au niveau de l'organisation du voyage que des soins dentaires, la qualité était au rendez-vous ! Nous recommandons cette clinique les yeux fermés à quiconque voudrait retrouver une bouche saine avec un résultat garanti. Le travail a été réalisé avec rigueur et il est de très grande qualité. Un grand merci à Mona et Radia qui nous ont accompagnés pendant cette aventure. Elles ont tout organisé et se sont relayées très efficacement. Elles ont toujours été disponibles pour nous rassurer et répondre à nos questions 24h/24 7j/7. Merci à Ali qui nous a accompagné pendant les soins sur place, son implication était aussi remarquable. Enfin, un grand merci aux docteurs qui ont réalisé les soins, ils sont très compétents et ont fait un travail qui dépasse nos espérance ! Merci encore à toute l'équipe !

Sehr kompetente und moderne Klinik! Mein behandelnder Arzt Herr Armağan hat mich professionell und mit viel Geduld behandelt. Ein großes Dankeschön an meinen Betreuer vor Ort Herrn Emre und an Frau Ghizlane, die mich schon in Deutschland per WhatsApp und Telefon hervorragend betreut hat.

Am fost surprinsă plăcut de toată grija și administrarea tuturor programărilor.Persoana noastra de legătură ,româncă,Andrea,foarte drăguță,explicită în tot ce a fost nevoie!

I visited Istanbul Dental Center in April 2025 for multiple extractions, root canal treatments, and crowns. Before my visit, I clearly informed them that I am a Type 1 diabetes patient.

Despite assurances via WhatsApp that they had experience treating diabetic patients and could safely perform the treatment, the clinic was unable to proceed because they could not provide the appropriate anesthesia. The anesthesia they had contained substances such as adrenaline and glucose, which are unsafe for Type 1 diabetes patients, whereas the anesthesia I required would have been safe. The clinic referenced other diabetic patients who were treated with their standard anesthesia, but each patient’s medical needs are unique, and this does not justify failing to ensure a safe treatment for me.

Additionally, the total price of the treatment was unexpectedly changed on-site, causing further confusion and financial stress.

The same treatment was successfully completed by another dentist within two days. I never refused treatment or requested anything beyond standard safety precautions.

I had hoped for a professional and safe experience, but the clinic’s failure to properly assess my medical needs and prepare for the agreed treatment caused me unnecessary travel costs, additional hotel expenses, and significant emotional distress.

On a positive note, my companion at the clinic deserves five stars for the calm and reassuring support provided throughout my stay.

Thank you for your response. I must correct several inaccuracies.

I disclosed my Type 1 diabetes before traveling and asked explicitly whether this would affect anesthesia or treatment. I was assured that this would not be a problem. At no point was I informed that your clinic could only use a fixed anesthesia protocol or that safer alternatives would not be available if medically required.

Anesthetic solutions containing adrenaline are known to increase blood glucose and cardiovascular stress, which is a recognized concern in diabetic patients. Adjusting or switching to a safer, non-adrenaline anesthetic when indicated is standard practice in competent dental care. The same treatment was completed safely by another dentist within two days using appropriate anesthesia.

I did not refuse treatment, make an unreasonable demand, or introduce a last-minute preference. The inability to proceed was due solely to the clinic’s failure to assess my medical needs in advance and prepare accordingly, despite prior disclosure.

Had this limitation been communicated beforehand, unnecessary travel, accommodation costs, and distress could have been avoided.

Je me suis adressé au Omer Istanbul Dental Center pour retrouver mon sourire, je n’aurais pas pu faire un meilleur choix. Dès le premier contact via WhatsApp, ils m’ont conquis : sérieux, gentillesse, véritable professionnalisme. J’ai choisi de parler en français mais j’aurais eu le même soutien même si j’avais parlé n’importe quelle autre langue, ils sont vraiment très bien organisés.

Honnêtement, je ne trouve aucun défaut dans leur façon de travailler. Dans leur belle clinique, j’ai vu une clientèle internationale venant du monde entier.

Je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat obtenu, la doctoresse s’est révélée d’une grande précision et compétence.

L’hôtel où j’ai séjourné était très beau, soigné et propre.

I had a dental procedure at Omer Istanbul, and it was a wonderful experience. The clinic had a warm, professional vibe that instantly put me at ease.The Dr. was attentive and took the time to explain each step, which really helped with my anxiety.

Bună. Am vizitat clinica Ömer Istanbul, unde am avut o programare pe o intervenție la care mi s-au pus 9 implanturi. Totul a decurs mai mult așteptărilor mele. Am avut ca traducător pe Andreea și Sevda, două doamne de nota 10. Au fost alături de mine în tot timpul șederii mele în clinică. Pe parcursul operației care a durat aproximativ 3 ore au fost un adevărat ajutor, mai mult un ajutor moral.
Operația a decurs normal, iar după operație nu am avut dureri. Mă gândeam că după ce va trece anestezia va fi mai rău, dar mă bucur că noaptea am putut dormi. Va trebui să revin peste 6 luni pentru definitivarea lucrării. Mulțumesc echipei de medici și asistenți pentru grija cu care au lucrat, dar mulțumesc mult și celor două doamne: Andreea și Sevda pentru felul cum au fost alături de mine. Recomand cu toată încrederea această clinică și pe aceste două doamne care fac cu devotament lucrul lor.

Honestly, cannot recommend them more highly. Completely new country and city to me, I visited for the first time, they picked me up from the airport and took me to the hotel was pre-booked for me. The expenses of hotel stay was on the clinic.
I have never been comfortable with hospitals/clinics, visiting doctors or about any treatments. Have had always a lot of anxieties regarding this. But doctor Habib Aslan, Ali and the entire team members were very friendly and helpful. They are very professional and efficient. I felt really good with the environment and services.
I believe the whole treatment plan they have is great and anyone who needs help with teeth, the clinic's services can make you have the best interest in mind.
