We're sorry to hear about this issue. If you're certain that the purchase you made went through, you may view your numbers and view/download the Green Certificate, simply go to My Account ➡ My Numbers ➡ Past Combinations. Select your desired set of numbers and click Download Certificate.

Kindly note that the Green Certificate e-document is just so you have a printable copy for yourself. As long as your chosen set of numbers is showing on *My Numbers* ➡ *Past Combinations*, you are in for that draw. It does not affect your participation whether you download it or not.

First off, allow us to congratulate you for winning in one of our past draws.

To clear up the confusion, the "Double The Grand Prize" and "Secure The Grand Prize" add-ons only apply to the Grand Prize amount. That means minor prizes from the 2nd Prize, down to the 5th Prize, are not affected. So if you matched 4 out of 7 numbers, you win AED 500.

About receiving only AED 490, that is rather unlikely because all minor prizes are credited in full to your O! Millionaire account.
