Have been trying other name brand men's testosterone supplements,and good at first,then came side effects,I've heard great reviews on OMNI and will be giving another review after first week. The follow-up emails were informative (establishing a routine, where to store your gummies.

Took for 3 months. No difference. No nothing. Trying to cancel my subscription- no response. No link to cancel. Don’t do it!

Ease of involvement

They don't give you enough time to achieve all their return request before you can return their product. I gave them my tracking number and everything and I still had to dispute with my credit card company for my refund. I also had a hard time getting my subscription canceled, so that they wouldn't send more.

Sounds good. Did not expect cost to go up so much, plus shipping. Thought the wording meant I would be charged half one month and the other half the next month. If the product works, I will have to cancel something else to have the money for this. Will not need 6 every 4 weeks so may not work if get too much and it builds up supply. We'll see.

Dean made the experience great from a customer service perspective. The product unfortunately came melted (July & Aug orders) & wasn't exactly shelf-stable (Beach City in LA where it's not that hot) so I didn't get a chance to try or event experience what other users are saying and in the interim was forced to try other products.

They put me on a subscription without my knowledge, I didn't like the product and was disappointed when my bank account got hit for another $50. I complained immediately but was ignored. They sent the product, I'm trying to send it back, apparently I'm going to have to pay for shipping. I've sent 15 messages which have all been ignored.

I had no problem placing my order. I am looking forward to receiving the product. Looking at other reviews, I see where they have started subscriptions for other people. These people seem to be having trouble getting the subscriptions canceled. I hope they have NOT placed me with a subscription. I did NOT sign up for a subscription. We will see.
