I am extremely disappointed with NEO.bet regarding my bets (ID #208 and #210). They offer an "Early Payout" feature when a team leads by 2 goals. This was correctly applied to Aston Villa and Racing Strasbourg in my slip. However, they refused to apply it to the Real Betis vs Braga match, even though Real Betis led 2-0 for 12 minutes!
To make it worse, support agent "Finn" lied to me, claiming they don't have a 2-goal lead payout feature, which is clearly contradicted by my own betting slip where they used it for other games. This feels like a scam to avoid paying out a win of over €1,000. I have all screenshots as evidence of this inconsistency and the support's false claims.

Horrible betting shop,I was trying to make verification and I followed the steps,I was lucky and experienced so I made first deposit only 50€ (was thinking about 200€) because when you are new in this kind of shops you need to think about scams also and i didn't regret,cause after the first deposit they didn't accept my Greek ID,I can travel the whole Europe and visit any kind of office in Germany with that ID but not to be able to play at neo.bet..After more than 3 months without doing any kind of move in my account I told them to delete me.I explained the reason and they were keep asking about the reason of my decision without telling even to send me back those 50€ (I felt also shame to ask back because the amount is ridiculous).
They told me also that I m gonna be signed at least an other 5 years even when my account is closed.🤔

Absolutely horrible casino. I have played on this casino for years now and on a daily basis and the truth is I have had one cash out and never been close to another. The bonuses are sparce, and customer service isn't great at all. I had to place a limit on my playing account as I have been no where near a win since playing here and don't feel like they are being true to their players with paying them properly and allowing the games to pay out. How does one play daily on a site and stay faithful and yet since joining not have a payout? This makes me wonder about the legitimacy of this site for sure.

Within a few hours signed up, verified, deposited and withdrew significant winnings. Over 1k. I have since won more but ate through some of the winnings. I don't expect the wins will continue to be so frequest but so far everything is great. The only issue I have is I can't seem to withdraw to my debit card. Etransfer works anyway. Customer service was quick but of course like all casinos you have to deal with the chat bot first. They are useless but at least this site gets you to human support quick. This website is predatory and violates the following requirement of regulations in Ontario:
Once an individual self-excludes, they shall be immediately logged out of their account and unable to login in for the duration of their exclusion.

You can’t really self exclude. They state you can but that section takes you to their account deactivation. You can set a deactivation and be able to delete it because you can still sign into the site, then be back to gambling in a week. They are not in compliance with regulations and need to be shut down.

I spun for a total $500 and not a single bonus triggered. You have to buy a bonus to get any and it’s just ludicrous. The last review before this one is the most accurate. It’s like they’ve limited everyone from winning anything.

I want my money back. I regret giving them any business and they do not give you any type of reward or promotions for your loses.

Anyways, I’m determined to get this site audited by regulators and urge you to also submit a complaint. You can site the regulation on self exclusion.

Neobet fordert 3 Monate ungeschwärzten Kontoauszug mit allen Transaktionen.
