Nous y passons 2 semaines tous les ans depuis 20 ans, c est dire combien nous apprécions l' endroit et surtout l attention de tout le personnel. L accueil à la réception y est très chaleureux. Nous recommandons absolument cette résidence.

We stayed here in March 2026 and really enjoyed our time.
The resort is quite large and has a strategic location on the edge of Cala Pi, offering beautiful views depending on the room you book. We had an generous apartment on the top floor and the views were fantastic. The roof terrace was equipped with a barbecue area, which became a highlight for the whole family.

I truly appreciated the friendly staff, always ready to help despite the hectic environment. Imagine having hundreds of guests to take care of every day especially Maria and Carlos at the reception, but all of them always greeted us with a smile, quick replies and a professional attitude. The kitchen staff and the rest of the team were equally kind and attentive every time.

The apartments differ in layout and style, so I recommend calling the reception if you have specific preferences. Every guest has different needs, especially families, so it’s better to talk to them before booking — it will solve many questions and help you get the best possible experience.

The location is perfect if you enjoy nature, hiking, walking, swimming or snorkeling. It’s a quiet place, and if you’re a night owl looking for nightlife, you might find it a bit too calm. But for families and couples, it’s ideal. Cala Pi is actually one of the most appreciated spots on Mallorca — unique rougue cliffs, turquoise water and great snorkeling. We even spotted manta rays in the evenings resting in the sand. They looked like mobula rays, but there are also stingrays with venomous spines in the area, so be mindful if you swim late do not stamp on them. You can often see them from the cliffs near the fishermen’s spot.

The food is always a sensitive topic because tastes differ, so I won’t judge at all. But we had several options every day, and breakfast offered good variety with different themes — tapas one morning, pancakes another, and even donuts and waffles that were a hit with the kids.

Regarding the management, I could clearly see their efforts to maintain high standards. The place is clean, well‑run and constantly in motion. Even off‑season it was full, so I can imagine midsummer being very busy — but they handle it well.

The village of Cala Pi is very small with only a few restaurants, but we took the car to Palma whenever we wanted more options — only a 20‑minute drive. We loved the hikes, which became our main activity. There is a national park right outside Cala Pi where you can choose as many kilometers as you like. Forest, coastline, hidden gems like Cala Beltrán, and beautiful sunsets — we appreciated all of it.

For those wanting to connect with nature, this place is perfect. And don’t worry about the kids — there’s a nice kids’ club with activities and of course the pools.

Overall, we found exactly what we needed here. We enjoyed our stay, felt it offered very good value for money, and we will definitely be back.

L'hôtel n'est pas très récent mais il est agréable et très convivial. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil ! On peut même y louer des vélos. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Comme je l'avais demandé, j'ai eu un appartement au dernier étage avec terrasse. La terrasse était équipée d'un barbecue, permettait d'apercevoir les calanques et d'admirer des couchers de soleil.

Le jour de mon anniversaire, j'ai eu la surprise de recevoir une lettre par dessous ma porte. L'hôtel me souhaitait un joyeux anniversaire et m'invitait à venir le célébrer en m'offrant une bouteille de vi mousseux sur sa terrasse. Il s'agissait d'une belle attention à laquelle je ne m'attendais pas.

J'ai eu l'occasion de prolonger mon séjour d'une nuit en conservant mon logement. L'hôtel est adapté aux familles.

J'y retournerais très certainement !

Lovely place - nice staff especially the animation girls! Great fun every day. The town very small and quiet with 5 restaurants, so cosy. Only one small super market - go there if you need peace and relaxation.
