Ordered on December 28th

Ordered on December 28th, 2025 and they asked me to confirm address next day. Confirmed address and they “created” a FedEx tracking number. Claimed it would be here no later than January 3, 2026. I’ve been told it was on time and in transit when in fact FedEx doesn’t even have said package. Have filed claim to get refund and of course seller refused/rejected saying item was in transit. I had appealed such bullcrap and showed proof nothing is in transit except for their lies and scams.

Nothing to show for my purchase...

I ordered a pantry cabinet for my wife on Dec 1st to give to her as a present and here we are December 26th and I have nothing yet I have tried contacting them threw amazon where I made the purchase and have yet to hear back from them. Im so disappointed
