The associates were super friendly, went out of there way to even grab me shoes from store room that were not showcased in store. I ended up actually buying one of those pairs. Thank you great customer service

We’ve bought a Christmas tree from On Vloud Pine for years. This year I have a broken hand and they helped me into the car with it, which was lovely. The tee as always fits perfect and looks great. Brilliant service.

I came from a family where choosing our Xmas tree was one of our favourite traditions, so my tree buying remains so important! These are the best trees, no more hauling then out from piles of trees and making the kids stand with them to examine from all angles. I love that you can just wander round and see the trees upright. I walk past every day to go to my work and have not yet seen a dodgy one. Will definitely keep buying my tree here.

Have been wanting to buy a tree from here for a couple years now and managed to do it this year. So glad we did. John was so friendly and knowledgeable! He asked about our tree stand and cut the base of our tree so it would be suitable. The tree is beautiful and the smell fills the room. Will definitely keep buying from here in the future!

Bought a 7 foot Nordman fir on Thursday. The tree is splendid and the service from John was exceptionally good. I was on my own, and John carried the tree to my car, and indeed lifted the tree into the car once I put the roof down. Great location at the Town Square.

My wife and went down to Kirkcaldy town square to buy our tree after seeing there ad on the internet, the trees where displayed beautifully and there was lots to choose from John had lots of knowledge on the trees and helped us pick the best one (a 7ft Fraser fir) it smells amazing. It was delivered the same day and brought into the front room, he went above and beyond. We will definitely be back next year John and his mum were friendly professional and all round lovely people.
If you’re looking for a great tree at a great price then on cloud pine is the place to go.

Great to see John back in Kirkcaldy @ On Cloud Pine. Great selection of trees (though I chose the first one I looked at!) and great location. John delivered the tree the same evening - saved struggling to get it in my small car. Tree looks fantastic now it is decorated. Great service!
