Awful service, cancelled my insurance which they said I didn’t do but funny enough took money out not from the date they should’ve got 15 days later not 14 so I couldn’t claim it back! Disgusting service! My husband had the same situation but is company took the money out two days later and therefore refunded it one clicker obviously crafty

Outstanding Service from Isabelle Maher

I had an exceptional experience working with Isabelle Maher as my finance broker for my new vehicle. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Isabelle took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, making what could have been overwhelming feel smooth and straightforward.

I recently bought a car from One Click Cars and I’m super happy with my experience. Hesam was the one that took care of me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took into consideration all my requirements and didn’t disappoint with the selection he provided me. He was transparent about all the costs and fees associated with the purchase and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I got a car 5 months ago and was told everything is crystal clear and good , now got it serviced and told by the mechanic that tyres are worn out brakes with battery, whole car is faulty and now one click cars is saying everything is due to wear and tear whereas i just drive 10 miles a day , i trusted one click cars and they disappointed me and all these repairs are costing me 1000£+ in just 4 months time , utterly disappointing

Firstly One click cars is a unique service which I have never seen before. The experience I had from start to finish with my contact Mr Hasem Zadeh was nothing short of world class service. He really exceeded my expectations with his sense of urgency and customer service.

In this day and age we are all too busy with our lives and work so I highly recommend using One click cars if you are looking for a 1 stop shop for a vehicle. They do everything for you.



I found the car I wanted which didn’t seem to be available, Hasem immediately reassured me by searching for alternatives, sent me photos, HPI check reports all for the cost of £150.

For that cost Hasem had also arranged for his technician to go and view the car on my behalf, fully inspected the car before signing off, sent me revised images and videos.

Hasem also ensured I got the best finance deal that suited my financial situation. Got a very good rate for the kind of car it was.

All the hard work was pretty much done by Hasem which made the whole process streamline. They even arranged for the finance company to call me and provide the Esign documents and sec checks.



The car had fairly low mileage i.e 29k would have preferred much less, was from an approved/ trusted supplier, they even sorted out the dent, re badged the car, reglossed the alloys, got the car serviced and provided the invoice as proof, ordered 2 ‘edrive’ badges if I decided to put them on. This gesture blew me away. The attention to detail was second to none.

Hasem took it a step further, by providing me with advise on his own personal car financing experience, what options I have during the contract term, he also has past experience from BMW dealership told me what to look out for on my vehicle, was very transparent.



The other plus side is, the deposit I paid for the car, they simply took the £150 from this amount, and also an extra £200 from the initial deposit to deliver the car to my door step, so I wasn’t required to pay anymore upfront fees which was great. Hasem even sent me a demo / tutorials on how to check the service history on the Idrive system and how to tax my vehicles as I have been driving a company vehicle so it was a good refresher training for me. And lastly they even give you 3 months warranty.

Brilliant company to deal with. Quick and friendly staff. The arrangement of delivery was amazing and the swap over from my previous vehicle to my new one was quick and easy. I started the process to part exchange my car on Thursday and I received my new car on Monday morning delivered earlier than my expected time which was lovely.
