It was fast and I was happy with every outcome

I was really happy with the service. Got there a little bit earlier and it wasn't busy so I did my blood test before my appointment time. Karla was amazing, super kind and explain every step to me patiently. Would definitely recommend to everyone that needs to do a blood test. Every step of the process was easy.

Amazing experience. Fast results and best quality. Effective process

Booking a blood test with One Day Test is very easy. They have lots of time slots available if you choose to take the test at one of the locations. I visited their Canary Wharf location (in the morning of Friday) where Karla (who took the sample of my blood) was very kind, friendly and professional in all sense. I received all results (57 markers) same day evening. I can highly recommend them.

Such a pleasant experience. The doctor was kind, friendly and informative. She even went over some NHS queries I had. My results were given quickly and the health dashboard made it very easy for me to understand my results.

My blood was taken by an efficient phlebotomist and i received the results that evening.

Came 30 minutes late to the test. Nurse was understanding and welcoming. Explained everything well and was knowledgable.

Whole process was quick. In fact, I got my results just 5 HOURS after visiting the clinic.

Dashboard is so easy to use, and I can see the exact concentration of each biomarker.

Only improvement would be to create a OneDayTest app. For people who are obsessed and love to see metrics about their health, it would be awesome to have a mobile-friendly, fast and native version of your dashboard on our phones.

The medical team member who took my blood sample was very friendly, cooperative and professional. And I am also satisfied with the results.

She was incredibly punctual and clear in all her explanations, and her warmth made the entire experience pleasant. My day at One Day Test Canary Wharf was the best experience ever had in any healthcare facility. I was so anxious and scared of something which I should not even think about. I went for some test and I got healed even before taking my blood sample. All thanks to Karla, she was so amazing to me. I couldn’t hold the joy and words of encouragement she gave me , I had to ask if I could hug her because she made me feel so happy and till now , I always thank her for making me a happy person again. I don't know if anyone has ever felt like hugging their nurse after their blood has been taken but this is how I felt with Karla at Canary Wharf branch this morning. I hate needles and I had barely slept that night as I feel so nervous about my results and she managed to genuinely make me smile while I had a needle in my vein! She is the most amazing nurse I've ever met in my life - professional, compassionate, friendly and excellent at her job. And she really cares! If there were more people like her, the world would be a better place.
On a different note, the booking process was quick and easy and the website is very easy to navigate.
