Having a blood test is fine.

Waiting for the results is very stressful though.

I was told 3 day turnaround. It was just over ONE day.

I was early for my blood draw but the lovely lady fitted me in anyway.

I'd like to say I'm delighted, particularly as the results were all ok.

Well done One Day Tests, it was worth every penny!

Quick and easy blood test appointment on time.
Result by the time stated.

The booking system was easy and the phlebotomist in Cardiff was friendly and the process was painless. My results were available within 1 day and highlighted some issues that I need to address with my own GP, which I wouldn’t have known about if I hadn’t taken the test.
The only negative is that it needs to be clearer on the website that it’s preferable to fast, however this didn’t affect my results.
I will definitely be taking a follow up test in the near future.

Great and prompt service

The nurse was quick and efficient and the results were back quickly as well. Better prices than you would find in most places.

This was the second time I have used the Cardiff clinic. The online booking process and blood test options comparison tool is very helpful, with clear instructions on specific actions needed for the chosen test panel.
On the day of the test, Rebecca was professional, friendly and reassuring, and took the blood samples very adeptly and painlessly.
The results came through very quickly within 1 to 3 days,
The online results dashboard was very helpful in providing visuals and explanations.
I didn't use the GP service this time, but the selve-serve chat tool was helpful in summarising the key elements of my results and signposting what should be followed up.
I will be returning for future health MOTs.

It was quick, professional and no hassle, results came really quick. I cannot complain on anything. Excellent service and response, easy to book, easy to be seen, easy to get the results in time. Staff polite and professional.

Great service I had barley realised they had taken blood and there was no bruise to my surprise which has been the case in my previous experiences with needles. Stellar job.

Had a full performance blood review done twice now with Onedaytests, the lady who took the blood was very friendly and made the process so nice and easy. Really good customer care and very good at what she does.

It was easy to book, I could book dates which were less than a week away as well as in advance.
On the day, I was in and out very quickly and Rebecca was nice too. The results became available in batches from 2-3 days later and were comprehensive.
I liked that on the website version of the results, each result had a description and what to think if a result was high or lower than desired.
