Only problem is you can not call them every thing is by email

Easy to book an appointment and results came quickly

Very pleasant staff. Everything explained very clearly.
Injection to obtain blood was painless - this has not always been my experience elsewhere.
Phlebotomist was Silvina at Cockfosters.

Simple and easy to use. Even though I had difficulty getting enough blood from my 2 fingers, I was able to transfer and get it drawn at a clinic that was easily accessible via 1 bus ride. The clinician was kind, helpful and efficient. All completed and on the way home in minutes.

First of all the google map direction is totally wrong. I went to flat 26 and buzzed someone’s apartment by mistake and woke them up.

Secondly for the money they charge, the results turnaround is pretty slow. I’ve been to many private clinics who charge less and same test results come back in a few hours. I literally took the same test 2 days ago and got results in 3 hours. Not worth the money for sure. I opted for this one because it was local so saved on commute time. Won’t go back there again.

I’m disappointed I even had to give 1 star! Do not use this service for my tests!! One day, nothing. It takes far too long to get the specimen to the lab that it’s a minimum of 2 days for any acknowledgement. If you don’t care when the results come in, they are all yours. It’s expensive to have such delayed results! Save your money and find a location that’s actually set up to service lab tests.

Quick and easy to make a booking online at the nearest clinic for a blood test. On the following day the member of staff was thorough going through all details, advising when I would received the results. All in all the whole process was very good and the result were received very fast.

Service is terrible-don’t use it!!!
I made my blood test and waiting the results five days-in the end they lost my blood samples!!!
That was ridiculous!!!Absolutely disappointed!!!

My 2nd time using the service, but for a different test and at a different (new) location. Very happy with the cost and the service again.
