Great and fast service.

Helpful and supportive guidance in obtaining accurate samples from home when I was struggling.
The walk in clinic was so much easier for me in the end and the results were quick.

Home kit was easy to follow. Results came back the day after posting.

It was a good experience. The plebotomist was amazing very knowledgable. Everythung ran smoothly.

I found One Day Tests to be so easy to use. I walked into the local clinic. Tatiana, the Phlebotomist was lovely, professional and polite. She took her time to explain how the service works and what I could expect. I received my results that night. Would definitely use again.

Professional staff, results quick and clean environment

The actual test and employee were great, quick and efficient. Not five stars as had to go to Crawley on the day as Brighton cancelled. Also I feel there should be more advise on your results.

Quick service, easy to follow instructions on how to do the test at home and the results were available with the stipulated time frame.

The service was quick and easy from start to finish. The staff at the clinic were welcoming, friendly and reassuring, and I was given clear instructions on how to access my health dashboard, and read my results once they had arrived, which was later that same day. The health dashboard made it simple to immediately understand my results, with anything outside the usual parameters being flagged up, with instructions to speak to my GP. I felt reassured that I then had a good overview of my overall health.

Very satisfying with the result and the company. We will back soon for more health checks.

Quick and responsive.

I would advise anyone and everyone to get this done if you are not feeling great and feel there is something wrong, especially if your doctor will not listen to you. The Ultimate Performance Test has provided me with 17 markers that need looking into by the doctor. My other results are ok. Worth every penny. Thank you to One Day Tests, I had the results back the same day.

One Day Tests were fantastic. No waiting, straight in for appointment. The lady (can't remember her name) I saw at the Crawley venue was brilliant. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, the whole experience went without a hitch. It was over and done with in less than 5 mins.

Very straightforward and super efficient. My test took five minutes, my results followed five days later. It's an immense relief to know there are alternatives to the NHS that don't cost the earth.
