Quick and efficient. I couldn't produce enough blood the first time so One Day Tests sent me another kit at no extra charge and I managed to be more successful second time around. I mailed my samples and received the results the next day. That's impressive!

Convenient location, walk-in opportunities, which is what I did. I tried to book but the online system just kept taking me round on a loop which was frustrating to the point at which I gave up. Fresh clean premises. Pleasant practitioner. Results came quickly. It was expensive but I had a test to see if a post surgery blood clot had gone after 6 months which is a service the NHS don’t offer. For me it was peace of mind.

Clear instructions before and with the arrival of the blood test were very helpful. The test arrived promptly and free of delivery and return charge. Overall the service was very efficient, with the results arriving quickly. The only enhancement for me would be that the test result be worded with a clear reading of the chart rather than just an indication on a graph.

Made to feel comfortable, excellent communication, brilliant all round service.

I ordered the Ultimate Healthy Man test, and the kit arrived very promptly. After ordering, I received important emails outlining each step of the process, including detailed instructions on how to take the test at home, the best way to send it by post for a reliable turnaround, and how the results would be communicated.

They provide a comprehensive PDF guide and YouTube links with step-by-step instructions. I highly recommend following all the tips to improve blood flow and maximize the speed and volume of collection—especially immersing your hand in very warm water for several minutes before each finger prick and standing up during blood collection. This makes the process much easier. Also, pricking the side of the fingertip (rather than the pad) reduces discomfort and helps blood flow more smoothly.

Communication was excellent, with 24-hour signed-for tracking of the return package. My lab sample was checked in just before 11 AM the next day, and I received all my results in less than four hours later. The results were emailed to me and also made available on my personalized dashboard after logging into their website.

Overall, a fantastic service with exceptionally fast turnaround times. Highly recommended!

Really easy to book. Found my local clinic. Was actually a tad early so they took my sample early. I was technically gone before I’d arrived! Blood draw was painless and fast. They could give the NHS a few lessons on doing that alone. Got almost all of the results back within 24 hours and very easy to read and interpret. Already seen my GP for further exploration. He was impressed too by the testing but I now need the NHS to take
More blood to explore the test results I was concerned about. Overall a very satisfactory service. Thank you.

Ordered a testosterone test for my wife going through menopause, came back that she was in the very high levels, this did not seem right. Went to a specialist clinic in Chester, Newsome Health and had the test professionally done, turns out she was extremely low level. I would not trust One Day Tests, do not waste your money on this company!!!!

Was really good. Slightly confused when I entered the building as the sign said to 'check in' but there was seemingly no way to do so, so had to ring the buzzer on the door. The person taking my blood was very nice and it was over very fast. Most impressive is that the results came back so fast! Makes you wonder why it takes so long on the NHS as they can certainly move fast when they want too!! Would be nice if it was a little bit cheaper, but i'm still giving 5 stars.

Can't recommend one day tests enough! They were fantastic at fitting me in! I have to give special thanks to Charlotte who arranged this for me and helped me out massively. I got result the same day a few hours later. A lot of places don't do progesterone tests this week. Staff were amazing and super friend. Highly recommend.

Walk in test

I turned up with no booking and need my bloods taken for one of the online Health kits you can get. ( not knowing they did their own ) however they saw me straightaway and told me about there own kits they do and they were a little cheaper. I will be using them from now on.

Walk in Clinic, no need to make an appointment. Very impressed and results were received within a few hours! Five stars!
