easy to book and quick turn around with results and consultation with GP, I would be happy to use them again ,

Very easy to navigate the website with each test fully explained . Had my full blood MOT tests done on time and some off the results came within a couple of hours followed by the rest the next day with everything explained and what needed attention if they weren’t in range . So glad i had it done as if has given me piece of mind .

My phlebotomist was Sophie and she was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and I hardly felt a thing. There was no bruising and I received the results back within the same day. I found the service very efficient and would thoroughly recommend.

Everything about my experience was great
I arrived about 45 minutes early but was seen within minutes which was unexpected.
My samples were taken gently , and I didn't have a bruise which I've experienced in the past .
Rather impressively my full results were with me within hours .

Brilliant! I have been 3 times now and this healthcare service is extremely efficient. It is so easy to book online. Today I was met by Sophie who always takes a thorough health questionnaire check before taking my blood. Sophie is very experienced and gentle and I always feel confident with her. She ensures my blood samples are with the laboratory, sited next door, within minutes as you are informed when they arrive there! and today my results were ready within a few hours. Thank you Sophie and all the laboratory staff

So impressed with One day tests. Needed a thyroid blood test urgently for an aviation medical. Booked an appointment for the next day at 1130 and I have my results that afternoon. The facility at Crawley is very modern and clean and the staff member that took my sample was so friendly and caring. Def worth the money if you need a test done quickly for any reason.

Excellent quick service

Quick and efficient. I couldn't produce enough blood the first time so One Day Tests sent me another kit at no extra charge and I managed to be more successful second time around. I mailed my samples and received the results the next day. That's impressive!

Convenient location, walk-in opportunities, which is what I did. I tried to book but the online system just kept taking me round on a loop which was frustrating to the point at which I gave up. Fresh clean premises. Pleasant practitioner. Results came quickly. It was expensive but I had a test to see if a post surgery blood clot had gone after 6 months which is a service the NHS don’t offer. For me it was peace of mind.

Clear instructions before and with the arrival of the blood test were very helpful. The test arrived promptly and free of delivery and return charge. Overall the service was very efficient, with the results arriving quickly. The only enhancement for me would be that the test result be worded with a clear reading of the chart rather than just an indication on a graph.
