Was really good. Slightly confused when I entered the building as the sign said to 'check in' but there was seemingly no way to do so, so had to ring the buzzer on the door. The person taking my blood was very nice and it was over very fast. Most impressive is that the results came back so fast! Makes you wonder why it takes so long on the NHS as they can certainly move fast when they want too!! Would be nice if it was a little bit cheaper, but i'm still giving 5 stars.

Excellent service, easy to book, friendly staff and then most importantly fast results

Can't recommend one day tests enough! They were fantastic at fitting me in! I have to give special thanks to Charlotte who arranged this for me and helped me out massively. I got result the same day a few hours later. A lot of places don't do progesterone tests this week. Staff were amazing and super friend. Highly recommend.

Walk in test

I turned up with no booking and need my bloods taken for one of the online Health kits you can get. ( not knowing they did their own ) however they saw me straightaway and told me about there own kits they do and they were a little cheaper. I will be using them from now on.

Walk in Clinic, no need to make an appointment. Very impressed and results were received within a few hours! Five stars!

Blood test itself was on time at a suitable location.
Blood test result was on time (10 days) for the specific test.

I have used One Day tests several times and have been very impressed with their service. The staff at the clinic are always professional and friendly and the turnaround times extremely quick which has meant that on most occasions I have received them on the same day. Would definitely recommend

I was welcomed by a friendly and polite nurse who was very professional and after I had provided details of my medical history, I had two types of blood tests as requested, The clinic in Maidstone was very tidy and clean and I was also very impressed with the quickness of the results, which were both set out very clearly and received within a couple of days. Many thanks to everyone and to the Customer Services Team.

One Day Tests were extremely efficient. No waiting for an appointment and test results back in two days.

Fast, efficient service. A bit fiddly to use. Dependent upon a good postal service. Phone lines only open during mornings.
