The phlebotomist was excellent and made me feel comfortable while getting bloods taken, the labs when thankfully reassuring, and the tests were conducted quickly with the results sent through in good time

I had an appointment first thing in the morning and was greeted warmly from a lovely and caring lady called Cary!

She brought me through to a cosy room and went through my medical history notes with precision then brought me a cup of water before the test.

The blood drawing experience was super comfortable and we had a great chatter which made the process easy and not intimidating.

I highly recommend the care and attention that Cary gave during the test and she is an absolute asset to health sector and would also be amazing for those that are nervous about getting blood drawn.

Easy booking system and the lady that took the blood test in Glasgow was friendly and very skilled, no pain during or bruising afterwards.

Test results arrived the very next day despite it being a Saturday and also being advised that some of the results could take up to 3 working days.

I actually found this service by far exceeded my expectations, From the online portal to the postal despatch and communication. This is organisation that’s got a system that works. I’m on a health kick and wanted to get some vitamin levels to see what needs fixing, I ordered the ultimate vitamin home test kit from these guys and to cut a long story short I visited the test centre in Glasgow. Carly the phlebotomist at this centre is a the star of the show. Nothing was a hassle, she was so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, she had great communication and the blood draw was painless and professional and I felt she really put my mind at ease. Well done & thanks Carly 10/10 keep up the great work. The clinic was clean and well run and the best part was how quickly I received my results. Well done to all the team One Day Tests. Good frontline staff. Results available within stated deadline. Location not easy to find (better signage or information on website would help). More email sales traffic than ideal.

Following some issues with my health I decided to get a full health MOT using one day tests. I was a bit worried to begin with that I wouldn’t be able to understand my results or that the process would be difficult but this was not the case. It was easy to book my test and a slot for my blood to be drawn. When I arrived at the location in Glasgow I was met by Carly who was very knowledgeable and friendly and put my thoughts at rest about any complications in reading my results. I began receiving my results less than 24 hours after my bloods were taken and these were quickly uploaded onto my dashboard. All of my results showed me my levels and then what it meant if my results were low or high. Sadly, my results were worse than I thought they might be and showed I have possible liver and kidney damage. But this has allowed me to take my results to my GP and begin the process of any treatments I may need.
