Very easy to book, seen very promptly and results were back within the same day. I would highly recommend.

Very good! The person who did my blood test listened to me about how I wanted everything done as I am afraid of needles and she made sure to do it the way I needed! The results also came very quickly.

Excellent service from the blood draw to the fast results

My husband & I, now in our 50s, really wanted to have an MOT type check up on our health so we booked the Ultimate Performance blood test as it covered 57 biomarkers and there's one of their clinics local to us so was super easy to get an appointment and the whole process was quick & easy with a lovely nurse - with our results actually coming through to us that same evening!!! Clear graphs on each biomarker with a brief explanation as well ... but we also booked a video GP call through them to get a bit more detail on what we need to change in our lifestyle & diet = was super helpful & again so easy to book. We are really happy we did this as have plenty of info & guidance to spring board into a healthier rest of the year! Highly recommend!

A straightforward and clearly explained process from start to finish. We had to reschedule and this was very simple to do. A timely and friendly appointment for the blood samples to be taken. Results arrived faster than expected. The terminology was a little confusing but all was explained during the GP consultation which, although was extra expense, was definitely worth it to complete the process satisfactorily.

Amazing service, results clear and easy to understand. The GP wouldn't give me an appointment so without the prompt results I would not have rushed to A&E and avoided really serious medical emergency. So the best money spent.

Seen on time . The nurse was amazing , professional, friendly , polite . Explained clearly everything that would happen . I got my results the same day !

I have used One Day tests , the Hove branch, for occasional blood tests in the past. I always had a great experience, fast results, excellent customer service.
However, their support in relation to prescribing Weight Loss injections is outstanding. Everyone,from the pharmacist ,to the Gp, the phlebotomist were very holistic and person centred in their approach. They responded to all my questions, considered all my future concerns. They helped me on my weight loss journey so much that I did not experience any side effects. Fatigue was the only problem I have met, but this is due largely to not eating enough food. They supported me on how to overcome this, which is of course eating more protein, more small meals. The benefits i did not expect were more confidence in myself, huge improvements in fibromyalgia pain , better skin! I was of course eager to lose weight fast at the beginning- however now I want to lose weight slowly and improve my energy levels by eating more. Oh, and one more benefit- I drink a lot less alcohol. I can still have one drink if I want to, but I never feel the need for more. I honestly believe this medicines are revolutionalizing healthcare, and One Day Tests are amazing at supporting people on this journey!
