My first time doing an at-home blood test and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to order, simple it was to complete and how quick the results were received after posting. Would recommend to everyone wanting to take control of their own health.

We've used this place in York for blood tests 3 times now and the chap who takes the blood is so friendly and puts you at ease. He's also very skilled and it doesn't hurt at all.

My phlebotomist was called Molly
She was excellent, explained everything and took some blood without any problems.
Blood results came through the following day.
I will certainly use this company again.

The booking process was super simple. And on the day of the test, the customer service staff member called me to let me know there might be a slight delay due to the trains, but was very kind and understanding and I had no problem with this. Also, absolutely professional and amazing service with the phlebotomist staff member right off the bat, expertly and gently collecting my sample for testing. Then I got my results within 1-2 days. Of course, the NHS unfortunately doesn't accept the test results officially, however were it not for One Day Tests, I wouldn't have had the evidence I needed that I did need further testing to support my healthcare. My GP reviewed the results and agreed to run similar tests for their own system in order to proceed with my care. One Day Tests provides a viable route for those of us with conditions that are not normally reviewed by our UK healthcare system, and I'm grateful I was able to get the results I needed as quickly and as easy to understand as they are provided by One Day Tests. Thank you!! :)

Excellent service through and through. I saw Peter at the York clinic who was very kind and efficient. Bloods taken 11am Wednesday and I had all of my results by 5pm Thursday. Really clear results and the AI tool on the website was very useful for interpreting them. It was a 6 week wait for blood tests with my GP, this was booked & done within 2 days and the results helped me get a 1 week appointment with my GP afterwards.
