We were referred to OneDome’s HomeBuyer Service by our mortgage broker, CMME, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The platform made the home-buying process straightforward, bringing everything we needed into one place. The team was incredibly supportive and responsive, ensuring everything moved along smoothly.
Their mortgage team helped us secure a great deal, and the PMA team handled all the details efficiently, making the entire journey stress-free. The service was reliable, cost-effective, and a real time-saver.

The mortgage team Jennifer and Rebecca is Excellent and five star, and no doubt about that. I will definitely recommend and contact them for remortgage. The conveyancing team have done the job on the timeline I wished, but, I would say communication lines can be improved to make the process bit more sleek and smooth.

It makes the process transparent.
A few hiccups along the line but you can expect to see everyone who is involved and message them anytime.

The buyers of our house have used this organisation to complete their conveyancing.
We have sold the house with no chain, to buyers who have no chain who already had a mortgage offer in principal and it has taken over 4 months and we still haven't exchanged...!!!
There could not be a more straight forward piece of conveyancing yet this organisation have dragged their feet, failed to communicate, not fully understood information that has been provided to them all resulting in delay after delay.
Even our estate agent has commented that they have been a nightmare.
For your own sanity do not use them....they are dreadful.

As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect when buying our first property; however, OneDome made everything much easier and less stressful. Firstly, Paul Williams and Helena Grundy from CMME were amazing with finding us the best possible deal and updated us regularly on what stage we were at.

Unfortunately, after to support and advice from Andrew Bilby at OneDome, we had to pull out from our first purchase due to having been misled throughout the entire purchase by estate agents/developers. However, we were lucky enough to find another property not long after.

Throughout the entire process, Andrew was quick to respond to any of our points and requirements and chased the transaction from beginning to end - even chasing what was needed in the chain above.

As a first time buyer, we had little knowledge of what to expect and what we needed to be provided - but Andrew was able to guide us through every step of the way and reassure us if there were any mishaps. The online Deal rooms were also very handy; it was nice to be able to access the platform 24/7 to see what stage we were at and if there were any updates. Andrew was also quick to respond to e-mails and return any calls if we had any queries.

have been dealing with Andrew Bilby at One Dome and it has to be said, its been a pleasure dealing with him. The online platform containing "The Deal Room" is a great idea, it makes communication with all parties including solicitors, so easy with real time updates ! Everything is online, simple to complete online forms.

I used OneDome Conveyancing services through its conveyancing marketplace through my agent, GetAnOffer.

The service was good, and we progressed through the process of buying a property with the help of my Property Move Assistant, Andrew Bilby. Unfortunately, I lost the purchase through no fault of my own.

The seller withdrew from the sale, much to my disappointment and despair. However, I still received a refund for the legal fees and deposits paid, thanks to Andrew's assistance.

Stacey from CMME recommended one dome and she was great throughout, even when my solicitor delayed completion due to being slow she was constantly chasing and doing her best to get completion through.
