Hello World!
I have created an account, did some surveys and tooks some certification tests successfully on the platform. It was good. However, one day unknowingly I had a VPN on and tried to log in but I got disabled.
From that day on, I have sent a ton of emails and messages to the LinkedIn page of the platform, but there is no support system actaully as it seems.
Given that I recieved a job this morning on the platform and need to log in to my account to begin, but I do not have access to my account, it made me think that there is not actually support system. It took 10 emails and 7 days of my issue, but there is no response yet.

Experiência frustrante

Olá pessoal, tive uma experiência não muito positiva no OneForma. Tentei ser aprovado no projeto Lighthouse, fiz todos os testes iniciais de idioma e outro de perguntas e consegui passar, com alguma dificuldade. Após ser aprovado nessa etapa, me mandaram uns materiais (guidelines) para estudar pra 3 certificações, sendo a primeira eliminatória de idioma. O objetivo era atestar se eu sou fluente no meu próprio idioma nativo. Estudei todos os guidelines (me dediquei muito e por horas, deixando meu "tempo livre" para me dedicar), assisti 1 hora de vídeo explicativo em inglês. Fiz a primeira tentativa de duas e não passei na primeira certificação, fiquei frustrado, pedi feedback para saber onde podia ter falhado, não me deram. Mas tinha outra tentativa, pensei "vamos em frente". Estudei novamente os guidelines, tenho certeza que entendi tudo o que estava sendo explicado. Quando fiz a segunda tentativa, tinha certeza que estava respondendo corretamente, fiz, conferi com o guidelines cada questão proposta (20 no total), mesmo tendo convicção de que estava marcando as opções corretas nas respostas, falhei novamente. A frustração foi muito grande, pedi novamente feedback e disseram que não tinham como me dar um feedback personalizado. Enfim, não sei o motivo de não terem me aprovado, mas foi no mínimo muito estranho e bastante frustrante. Gastei meu tempo, recursos, me dediquei e não tive êxito e nem fui compensado financeiramente por isso. Não sei se são uma empresa séria ou não, mas essa experiência não desejo pra ninguém. Façam a sua própria análise com base no que escrevi e com base na minha experiência vivida. Obrigado.

We look into a lot of data and also, sometimes the teams are full and we must wait for new batches from the client before adding new people, to ensure all of you have enough work.

There is no support team to respond

Today I received a disturbing email warning from OneForma not to violate the Confidentiality Agreement, as you can understand this has worried me quite a bit because I have not done such a thing, but when I contacted your "support" page I found that you do not respond, even though I have sent messages both by contact email and by your page. I only work with one client on your platform, and it was to this client that I reported (as appropriate) 4 days ago, an anomaly in a contact email between both parties, after which, I received the warning email. I have been working with OneForma since May of last year without any inconvenience until now, but this aspect of attention to claims and complaints leaves much to be desired.

I got an Email, never heard before of this platform

I got an Email to be careful to follow the policies, but i never made any account in oneforma. I didnt know this Company before the Email. So pls remove my account if its existing. I am german an had to traslate the Email, because i didnt understand it. Why should i make an account on a platform i dont understand?

I cannot reset my password and never


I cannot reset my password and never have access to my account because of this. I follow all the steps to reset my password and when I input it, the website gives me an error message. This happened every time I tried to access it with my hotmail account. Nobody answers when I ask for help.

It took me months, and even years before being invited to get tasks, time-sucking and not really rewarding...
2 times this year I got my account blocked because I forgot to turn off my VPN before trying to log in.
It took them 2 months to unlock my access. One month later, I did the same "mistake" (though who do they think they are to prevent users from using their personal computer as they want.?).
I wrote one more time asking for they unlock my access, but they peacefully answered that they finally have decided to delete my account.!
I was receiving e-mail reminders for 3 months asking me to provide a "payment method" in order to cash out the little money I earned there. The dummy Payoneer account that I had to open just for this stupid site also, for some reason, had become inaccessible to me...
In the end, they have kept my earnings there, and I will never get them back. This is maybe the way such "corporations" can achieve benefits: dupe people ready to work, take their earnings, and... that's it !

Hi, we would like to apologise for the negative experience you've had with our platform, and we are here to provide any solutions and clarity we can.

Firstly,
The way our platform works is you apply for jobs that interest you or are for specific regions you are based in, then once you apply, the required certifications for that job will appear. Once you complete those certifications your application is submitted. It then goes under review. It usually takes between 7-10 days for these applications to be reviewed and if it is not accepted after that time frame, unfortunately you can consider that application rejected.

Secondly, it is against the Oneforma guidelines to allow VPN use because we have projects that require users to be in specific locations/countries and VPNs are used to hide your computers true location.

Thirdly, if you do have pending payments/earning for your account, you are entitled to those payments and Oneforma will never withhold any money you have earned.

Please DM us via social media if you want us to directly look into your issue again.

Still waiting to get paid, the answer on the platform that they would help me but again Im being ghosted by one forma and the project managers, the payment cycle finishes on 25 dec and I am afraid I have to wait until next payment cycle because of the holiday season.Fist payment was nice and easy but Im tired of chasing these people for one month already, its non sense

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. They disable your account without any reason, and when you try to contact them for an explanation, they never respond. It's beyond frustrating.

You end up wasting an insane amount of time on qualifications, only to be left in the dark about whether you passed or not. There's zero transparency, zero communication, and to top it all off—they don't pay you. It's unprofessional, unreliable, and a complete waste of time.

To make matters worse, they have your personal data, and you have no idea if your account has been deleted or not. When you try to reset your password, they let you change it, but you also receive messages suggesting that someone is accessing your account. It's incredibly unsettling and raises serious security concerns.

If you're looking for a serious, trustworthy platform, stay far, far away from this one. They are anything but serious and don't care about the people using their service. Avoid at all costs.

Your just a number

I asked for deleting my acount (because I can't give the money I earn back with payoneer and don't want to use paypal) FOUR TIME ! No response, none cares, this is clearly a way to steal data. I said multiple time that I don't car for 8 dollars, I prefer to delete this acount but no, all my email (with the official adress, and the contact one) ar ignored... Run away from this scammer !

- You will waste your time for 2 weeks only to get kicked from the project without any proof of your mistakes.
- Tasks are set to be 3 minutes but it takes in reality at least 10 minutes, so be prepared to work 3 hours to get paid 15 dollars.
- When you have a total of 10 working hours (in reality 30 hours other than the 2 weeks of free training), you might see them deducted without any justification, is this even legal?
- Some employees may have gained an unfair advantage by sharing test answers and task IDs in a separate Skype group, making the subsequent tests easier for newcomers. Some of them even told me there was no way to pass the tests without cheating and they were surprised at how I passed them all by myself the first time. Yes, believe me, you might pass all the tests and suddenly receive a failure email without any proof of your mistakes.
- There is a lack of helpful videos for practice, to assist us before taking the exams, only 1 video is not enough.
- Support responses have been unhelpful, sometimes unrespectful, and often require multiple messages through Skype and email to get a clear answer. Questions are ignored repeatedly. Sometimes you receive answers such as: "You are the expert". Sometimes they don't even read our messages and emails and they don't reply at all.
- We cannot review our answers or mistakes to improve.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They troll LInkedIn offering jobs and are 100% incapable of managing their own website. Broken links, infinite loops, contradicting information, and nasty unfriendly support will all be part of your experience with "OneForma". Trying to figure out if it belongs and is run by "HireArt". Don't want to be treated badly or waste your time: Don't go near them.

No correct payment, keep ignoring your communication but then when they need you to continue working they promise to pay correctly "next time"... Stay away from German projects if you don't want to work for free, they over-promise and under-deliver!

Pour la deuxiÚme fois mon compte a été désactivé. Ils ont désactivé mon compte en novembre 2023 pour le réactiver en septembre 2024. J'avais essayé de justifier tant bien que mal que je n'avais commis aucune infraction mais ils n'ont rien fait. Voilà encore que mon compte a été désactivé pour rien.

NO PAYMENT

I have been working on a certain data collection project for several days.I tried to ask a payment after I finished my work, but one forma forwarded my massage to the contractor, no reply. So I got scamed and I would like to see any money soon. Don't even try to work with this platform.

Unjust Account Deactivation After Completing Tests

I am new to this platform and have not started working yet; I have only completed a few tests. I still don't know much about how this platform operates. However, my account was suddenly deactivated, with the reason being that I supposedly have multiple accounts which is surely a false allegation. It took me a couple of hours to complete those tests, and now I feel it was a complete waste of time.
