These guys went out of their way to make sure we received our order well ahead of schedule. I'm pretty sure someone personally walked the order through production to shipping after we contacted them about needing the order ASAP. They are amazing, would recommend!

Great costume 👌 fit perfect son was verry glad.

I ordered a Batman costume and paid for expedited shipping. It will come in time for Halloween next year. Do not trust this company. Costumes “in stock” don’t mean anything. Should have used Amazon. No family costumes this year.

Ordered a extra large going by their measurements chart and a large for my girl friend. Not even close. It was wayyy to short on mine and way to long on hers. I have ordered costumes before and have not had a problem with getting the correct size. 275 dollars down the drain.

Ironically, the review below mine is almost identical to what happened to us. I ordered a Batman costume as well on September 20… I emailed many times since the beginning of October. First, I was told it was still with the tailor and it would ship the first week of October… then they responded to another email and said it would now ship the following week after that… then they emailed saying it finally “shipped” on October 16th, but it was only a label created with no changes all the way up till today where it still says label created and they finally just said “sorry, the courier lost it, we will issue a refund.” STAY AWAY from this company, if you expect there to be even the most remote amount of customer service because it is literally nonexistent. The only person that responded to anything would never answer any questions with detail and barely even spoke English. It was never about the money. It was about relying on my order as a costume that I needed… and then stringing me along for weeks so that I couldn’t find an alternative plan. If I wanted to just lend my money for a month to some shady company at the cost of also completely ruining my Halloween plan, I would have.

My husband ordered a Batman costume on October 5 for Halloween this year. It is now the 25th and still has not shipped. He finally got in contact with the company on October 18th where they said they were checking with the tailor. On October 20th, they replied and said all orders would ship by the 23rd. It is not the 25th and still hasn’t shipped. He is very disappointed as we were dressing up as a family for our 4 year old. Do NOT trust this company! If it for some reason, arrives before Halloween, I will post a new review.

EDIT: He received his costume before Halloween and the quality is amazing!! He was very happy with it! So, if you’re just patient, you will receive a great costume!

No update on costume. Put extra money for faster shipping and lack of customer service. Genuinely just a business with no integrity

Edit: so with luck, my costume came 2 hours before my event. However, I already bought a last minute cheap costume since I had a themed outfit with a group of friends. Had the company told me the exact date, I would’ve save 75 dollars.

Now the costume. It’s actually pretty good! Fits very comfortably but it does rip easily. Got a lot of compliments for it. If you don’t know anyone that can sow then perhaps a larger size is good just to be safe. If interested, get your costumes from this company no later than the beginning week of August.

We ordered a Doctor Doom costume for my 14 year old son in a size small. It took about 2 weeks to get here and he loves the outfit. It's actually good quality. We ordered it with the mask and it's a sturdy material.

Ordered this costume on September 24 and finally got confirmation that it shipped. Paid An extra $30 for 3 to 7 day Shipping and it’s been in the shipping process for 10 days now and says it won’t deliver for another two more days. Tried contacting company via message, email, and on their website and got no response so far without even receiving the package I’d say I’m not satisfied with customer service or timeliness. I would think twice about ordering a costume from One hero suits due to shipping and customer service. I’ll update this after I get the costume

We got a custom Deadpool Suite. It fit my son great. Had an issue with the magnetic eye. They sent a complete replacement. Great customer service

This might’ve been the best overall experience I’ve ever had with a company. I placed an order for a costume (ordered the homelander costume) on the 1st of October for a Halloween party I have on the 24th. It clearly says on the website it takes a few days, maybe up to a week to tailor make the costume for you, and then depending on the shipping option 5-10 days to get to you, they’re very clear. Being that I ordered this in the busiest time for them of the year, right before Halloween I was freaking out that I wouldn’t get it on time. Not only did I reach out to them by email and get a response, they continually answered me with updates every day, when I expressed concern around the 6th, they guaranteed me it would be here in time and (FOR FREE) upgraded me to expedited shipping to make sure I got in in hand on time. I got my package yesterday (the 17th). That was the best customer service I’ve seen and I could’ve left a 5 star review off of that alone. Now let me tell you about the costume, this thing is so ridiculously detailed it’s actually unbelievable, I tried it on, and it looks like they took it directly off the tv production set. The detail on this costume is unbelievable, it’s obvious it had to be tailor made, the boots are so impressive, the sizing on their website is very accurate and it’s just overall the best version of a costume I’ve ever seen. Keep in mind, this is high end and you’re going to spend a lot, this isn’t your normal $50 costume you get last minute from spirit Halloween, be prepared to spend in that $150-$200 range, (I’ve never done this before either). But the quality is so above and beyond, it is way worth it, I’m gonna wear this for years and any time I ever need a costume in the future, I’m sticking purely with this company only. One hero suits is really an unbelievable company, thank you!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Complete waste of money!! Package was delivered to the wrong address and company will not give a refund. I’m a seller and always provide a refund to lost packages. This is ridiculous!!!

I ordered deadpool cosplay from deadpool wolverine it is perfect.
When I made my order I got a large but I was supposed to get a medium. I emailed there customer service and they responded really fast and helped me correct my order by getting me a medium instead.

Me & a bunch of buddies came up with the idea to cosplay xmen for Halloween this year, Being a first time cosplay shopper I wanted something legit, the real deal, so after about an hour of scrolling the web I found your site which I thought everything was well laid out nicely, had affordable to high quality suits and costumes. So With Deadpool &Wolverine premiering me and My buddy Devon decided to order our costumes earlier and wear them to the movie premier best time I've ever experienced! Had so many people pull us aside to take photos of us and the suits! Very glad to have ordered from such an Outstanding Company. I Highly Recommend this company for all your cosplay needs!

Amazing suit quality and communication in the process.

The bodice and jacket were definitely better quality than I was expecting, both a good thickness and made well-the gloves as well. I have not tried the boot covers as I already had boots that worked for her that I like, but they are also good quality in build.The bodice itself I plan to take in an inch or two as its a little loose, but I believe this is likely because I am smaller chested. I also plan to exchange the elasric lacing for different lacing.Overall, I am satisfied.

My credit card information was stolen! When I tried to buy a costume through their website, I got a message that my card was declined. The next morning, I woke up to texts from my bank stating my card had been used several times at Ali Express website and an out of state Walmart. I emailed the company twice and never received a response.

I tried to purchase a costume and when I put my credit card information in it said the card was declined. I tried a different card but got the same message. I sent the company a Facebook message and they responded saying I needed to use PayPal. However, PayPal was never an option, only credit cards. By this time I felt something was off so we decided against buying from this company. This was on a Saturday. My husband woke up Monday with an email from the bank fraud department saying someone had spent (approx.) $1,600 at several different websites. Later Monday evening, I get a text from the other card's fraud department where someone had tried to spend (approx) $240. This is the only place where both cards were used.

I made this order 1.5 months ago. I’ve emailed the company several times. I told them, a week after making the order, that I needed this for an event in Oct 15th. My order was standard sizes with no modifications.

1.5 weeks before my event I emailed again. The company said my order was only half way complete and would probably not be ready on the 15th… even though I had been in communication with them about this.

I asked for them to cancel and refund my order if it wasn’t going to be ready for the only event I needed it for. No response.

Instead they waited another day and shipped half my order (refunded for the other half). I emailed again and said that I had requested an entire refund and cancellation since I would not have my order for the event I needed it for. No response.

Now it is the day of the event, and I have nothing…except a hole in my bank account. The part they did ship won’t even arrive until tomorrow.
